His Barong Tagalog is a modern, formal take on the traditional Filipino barong. It features a warm ivory/cream tone with intricate tonal embroidery flowing across the chest and front panels, giving it an elegant look without being overly ornate. The structured collar, fabric-covered buttons, and long tailored silhouette give it a polished, contemporary finish.

🤍 Barong Tagalog — A timeless ivory barong featuring intricate tonal embroidery and a clean, tailored silhouette. Traditional Filipino elegance with a modern touch. 🇵🇭✨

And paired with black Filipiniana, the ivory + black contrast looks especially striking while still feeling cohesive and traditional.

Three different Modern styles takes on Maria Clara tradition. 🇵🇭✨

💜💛 Purple & Gold — A classic Maria Clara silhouette featuring a sheer white baro with romantic purple ruffles, a textured purple tapis, and a flowing golden saya.

🖤 Black & Gold — Timeless and sophisticated. An all-black Filipiniana featuring dramatic butterfly sleeves and intricate gold embroidery for an elegant, modern take on tradition.

🩷🤍 Pink & White — Sweet and vibrant, featuring a sheer white baro with bold pink ruffles, an embellished pink tapis, and a classic white saya.

Different colors, different details, one beautiful heritage. 🇵🇭 Proudly wearing our culture. ✨

Such an honor to represent the creator of this piece. Hand made from the Philippines 🇵🇭 every detail 😍

This is a beautiful contemporary, highly embellished interpretation of the traditional Maria Clara/Filipiniana ensemble.

Camisa / Baro: A fitted, champagne-beige bodice with a delicate woven/checkered texture. The sleeves are sheer and structured, then heavily embellished with dimensional floral appliqués, embroidery, beads, sequins, and crystal-like accents in soft lavender, blush pink, peach, ivory, and green.

Pañuelo / Alampay: The dramatic shoulder covering is one of the standout elements. It combines a dark striped textile in black/brown, burgundy, olive and gold tones with sheer embroidered fabric. It is covered in individually detailed flowers and appears secured at the front with an ornate jeweled centerpiece. Traditionally, the pañuelo sits over the shoulders and is often one of the most decorative parts of a Maria Clara.

Tapis / Overskirt: A translucent gray-beige overskirt falls over the front of the saya. It features green floral/vine embroidery along the hem, giving the outfit another layer of texture while preserving the traditional layered Maria Clara silhouette.

Saya / Skirt: The floor-length skirt uses the same striking vertical striped fabric seen in the pañuelo. It has a very full, dramatic silhouette and appears to extend into a long train behind the wearer.

Handmade floral detailing: The most distinctive feature is the extensive 3D garden-like embellishment throughout the outfit. Large and small flowers appear to be individually appliquéd onto the sleeves, pañuelo, skirt and train, with beadwork and sequins creating additional dimension and sparkle.

Color palette: The darker heritage-inspired striped textile is softened by lavender, lilac, blush, peach, ivory and emerald/forest-green florals, creating a beautiful contrast between traditional textile elements and romantic couture detailing.

A wearable work of art—rooted in Filipino tradition, elevated through handmade craftsmanship, and designed to make every detail tell a story. 🇵🇭✨
