Remember when we said there was a new udon coming?

Meet Kinoko Udon. Mushrooms, truffle, butter and dashi. A little earthy, a little rich, a lot to love.

10 days back home, and we’re settling right back in.

The kitchen’s doing its thing, the tables are filling up, and it’s starting to feel like we never left.

Come by, we’re happy you’re here. 🥢
