One week ago, 64 of us came together to celebrate our 30th high school reunion! 💥💥
So proud to be part of the @roslynhighschool Class of ’96!
I’m still kvelling over what a special night it was! So many memories, laughs, and friendships that have stood the test of time. Can’t wait to do it all again!
To those who couldn’t make it and to those we’ve lost along the way, you were missed and remembered. ❤️

**Please take a minute to READ**

Thank you for all the beautiful compliments on yesterday’s post 🥰
As good as those compliments felt, what meant the most was how I felt in that moment: happy and confident. I don’t always feel that way, and I don’t always look that way. A photo captures a moment, and I was grateful to feel good in mine.

It also made me think about how much care we give to what others see, and how much care we need to give to what’s happening inside.

Mental health matters at every age. Hearing about lives lost to overdoses and the heartbreaking loss of Chad Lowe and Kim Painter’s 13-year-old daughter, Fiona, has been weighing on my heart. We never fully know what someone else is carrying.

For me, our health is the most important thing: our physical health, our spiritual health, and especially our mental health.

If looking good helps you feel good, embrace it. If changing your habits helps you feel healthier, make those changes. If setting boundaries and surrounding yourself with people who uplift you brings you peace, give yourself permission. And if you need support, you deserve to ask for it!

Small moments of kindness matter!
So does creating a life that feels good, and supporting our children, friends, family, and even strangers in doing the same.

If this resonates with you, take a moment to ask yourself: What truly brings me joy? What helps me feel safe and happy? When do I feel proud of myself? What helps me feel confident and at peace?
Then think about one small way to make more room for that in your life.

As we close out suicide prevention month, let’s make a collective effort to make our mental health and all that goes into that a priority! We deserve to feel cared for, including by ourselves. And we deserve support on the days when feeling good is hard. 🤍

From the moment you were born, you were the sweetest, kindest, most special girl. As your mom, I’ve always tried to guide you towards the things I’ve learned, share my values, and hopefully help shape the woman you’d become.
But… somewhere along the way, YOU started teaching ME!!!! You’ve taught me to see things differently, to be more patient and understanding, to be comfortable in my own skin, and to not sweat the small stuff. Watching you continue to evolve has been one of the greatest gifts of motherhood. As I leave you at the foot of the mountains, I know there’s a whole new world ahead for you to climb, discover and make it your own. I thank my lucky stars that you are mine and I couldn’t be more proud of everything that led you here!!! I’m always a phone call or a plane ride away!!!! Happy 23rd!! ❤️
What a year it’s been!! So many milestones, amazing adventures, and memories that have allowed us to continue growing together. I can’t believe the time has come that we’ll be empty nesters!!!! I’m so excited to see what and where this next phase of life will take us. No matter where life leads, there’s no one I’d rather have by my side than you.
