happy world OT day! 🌎🤸‍♀️

It’s easy to take the little things in life for granted. Today is a good reminder of how much we rely on our ability to move and participate in daily activities. Movement is a blessing.

I’m so grateful to be pursuing a career that allows me to help others do the things that matter most to them. Every day, I’m learning, growing, and being reminded of just how meaningful occupational therapy is. ✨ by @haileygriggs

What an incredible opportunity to share the field with my biggest inspiration. 🤍

As part of the Crucial Catch game to raise cancer awareness, my mom was honored as a two-time cancer survivor. About 20 years ago, she was diagnosed with breast cancer, and three years ago, she faced another battle with bone cancer. Through it all, she has shown extreme strength, resilience, and a faith that inspires me every day.

The Crucial Catch game will always hit close to home. Cancer has impacted not only my family but the lives and families of many others, and my heart is with everyone who has faced this disease. To the survivors, those still fighting, and those remembering someone they love, this game is for you.❤️‍🩹

Being able to honor my mom on the field was a moment I will cherish forever. She has taught me to keep going when life gets hard, find strength during difficult times, see the positive even in the hardest moments, and to trust in God’s beautiful plan. I am beyond grateful to call her my mom and so proud to be her daughter.

Thank you, @caseyintheh and @texanscheerleaders, for this incredible honor. October 4th is a day we will never forget.🥰
