Carnival is woman ✨

We are one month away 🇯🇲🇭🇹🇬🇾🇬🇩🇧🇧🇦🇬🇩🇴🇱🇨🇰🇳🇹🇹🇻🇮

A recap of the elevated carnival experience with @carnivalglamhub ✨

Thank you @hairsmo for inviting me to be on the team ! With over 60 years of experience between the team, we gave the girls what they wanted ! We got up at 3am to glam these girls and they were all so lovely and on time !! Convenience Carnival day can save you so much stress. Hair, makeup, help with costumes, photos, all in the same place before you get on the road.

Every single person I encountered was a breath of fresh air ! To know this business was founded by a young Jamaican woman makes me feel proud ! Can’t wait for round two 💥

Voiceover coming next. I know yall didn’t read this 😅

Should I post my carnival looks ? Let me know in the comments if you made it this far.

Tag yourself if you see yourself and I’ll add you 🥰

A BIG THANK YOU to my amazing clients, family members & friends who came out to celebrate, network & vibe with us for the 1st Annual #hairsmo Networking Event & Jaye’s Birthday Celebration 2026! We had a spectacular time, eating, drinking, enjoying live music, laughing & sharing. We are humbled yet grateful to share a room with professionals from various backgrounds & professions taking time from their busy schedules to educate & vibe with us. Thanks to those who donated but were unable to attend. This will be an annual event so we look forward to seeing you next year. Thank you for the lovely gifts, well wishes, cards, monetary donations, physical help decorating and cooking and organizing. We could not have done it without you all. You are loved & appreciated more than you know.🤍🤍♥️🤍🤍 by @hairsmo

We came to network—and clearly got comfortable!

Being an entrepreneur can feel lonely sometimes. It felt good to connect with other women, support each other, and just be ourselves.

Dancing, singing, laughing—and room to let your hair down! This evening left me thinking about how I’d love to bring women together, too.

We weren’t meant to do life alone. Here’s to finding community and making someone else feel welcome.

Join Us at the Pros In Beauty Networking Event!
Pros in Beauty is a community-centered networking collective where beauty professionals can step away from the chair, connect, and grow together. Our network brings together stylists, barbers, estheticians, nail techs, massage therapists, and other industry creatives who are serious about elevating their careers.
Through collaboration, mentorship, and practical business education, we help our members transform their talent into sustainable, profitable success. No beauty professional should have to build their career alone.
