Happy 33rd Birthday to my Little Brother! 🥳❤️🙏🏽 ✨️33 looks good on you, but what's even more beautiful is the MAN you're becoming! ✨️33 is a Master Number, representing spiritual awakening, healing, wisdom, and unconditional love. ✨️33 is traditionally recognized as the age when Jesus fulfilled His earthly mission through sacrifice, resurrection, and transformation...and while everyone's journey is different, I believe there's something powerful about you stepping into this chapter of your life🥰 My military journey took me away from home for many years, so I can't say I've witnessed every struggle, every lesson, or every victory firsthand. But one thing I do know is that life has a way of teaching us lessons we could never learn any other way. And from where I stand today, I see A Man who is learning to embrace his journey, find peace within himself, and love himself unapologetically🫡✨️ Healing isn't always pretty, growth isn't always comfortable, and learning to love yourself unapologetically takes a level of courage that not everyone understands💪🏾🪷 But little brother, I BELIEVE YOU'RE READY!✨️❤️ Not because you've figured everything out, but because you've learned that mastering life isn't about controlling every outcome. It's about Mastering Yourself, PROTECTING YOUR PEACE, Embracing your PURPOSE, and KNOWING your WORTH without needing validation from anyone else💪🏾💯 BE STILL AND KNOW✨️ 33 ~ The Master Teacher...and I believe the lessons of your past have prepared you for the blissings of your future. This is your season to WALK BOLDLY, LOVE yourself fully, and become everything GOD created you to be🥰✨️ As your big sister, I couldn't be prouder of the man you are and the man you're continuing to become. My prayer is that this next chapter brings you clarity, peace, purpose, abundance, and a deeper love for yourself than you've ever known... Happy Birthday, little brother! Your big sister sees you, believes in you, and loves you always! ❤️♾️ “He has made everything beautiful in its time.” ~ Ecclesiastes 3:11 🙏🏽 #PurposeDriven #Chapter33 #littlebrotherBIGLOVE by @hakuna_matata2886
SALUTE THE REAL ONES✨️💪🏾 Happy Birthday to this beautiful soul! 💐❤️ Today, I'm giving you your flowers, literally and figuratively! 🌸 As a WIFE, MOTHER, GRANDMOTHER, FRIEND, & HEALER(FNP to be exact😏💪🏾), you pour so much of yourself into the lives of others, often without expecting anything in return💯 MY wish for you in this next chapter is that life pours back into you the same love, kindness, compassion, and care that you so freely give. May YOU ALWAYS find moments to PAUSE✨️, EMBRACE JOY✨️, & ALLOW✨️ yourself to be celebrated, because you deserve every bit of it MG🥰 Here's to another year of love, laughter, blessings, and beautiful memories! 🥂 ✨️Keep BLOOMING, BEAUTIFUL Your flowers are well deserved✨️🌻🪷 #BaddieBesties #GirlsTripMemories #DominicanRepublic #BlackWomenInHealthcare #HappyBirthdayBestie🥰 by @hakuna_matata2886

This morning, I woke up feeling called to the beach… so I went🌊🤎 No plans. No itinerary. Just an impromptu “let’s go” kind of day and somehow, nature showed me exactly why I needed to be there✨ The waves, the breeze, the little wonders along the way… a gentle reminder that some of the best days are the ones you don’t plan😘 Lots of laughs, family fun, sunshine, and moments I didn’t know I needed 🌊☀️ It was a good day✨️A really good day✨️ 🤎 Sometimes, you just have to answer when nature calls🌿🌊 #BeachDay #FamilyTime #ImpromptuAdventures #NatureTherapy #CollectedMoments by @hakuna_matata2886
The Weekly Edit 🌿 | The Last Edit Not as many moments captured this week, but plenty of memories were still made & cherished🤎 First, an update from last week: the patient did NOT make it😩😂 Apparently my first round of Nintendo Switch surgery was unsuccessful, so your girl is going back in🔧🎮 Please keep the patient and the surgeon in your thoughts😂 1. Lots of driving back and forth to appointments😮‍💨 2. Family Learning Night with baby boy🍎✏️ 3. A sweet visit with his preschool teachers from last year 🥹 4. Moving my body in the gym🏋🏾‍♀️ 5. A little self-care: nails & toes included💅🏾 🌿I also got glammed for a photoshoot and did something else just for me✨ But that part…you’ll have to wait for🤫 🌿As Wellness Month comes to a close, and today being National Grief Awareness Day, a gentle reminder that WELLNESS is MIND, BODY & SPIRIT✨️ 🌿 Take care of all THREE🎯 Give yourself space to feel, to rest, to move, to heal, and to simply BE🌻Not every part of wellness is visible, and not every season requires you to be strong✨️ 🌿This month reminded me that intentional living isn’t about documenting every moment... 🩷Some moments are meant to be captured, while others are simply meant to be lived🩷 🌿The edits may be ending, but the intention behind them isn’t🤎 #CollectedMoments #TheWeeklyEdit #WellnessMonth #IntentionalLiving #MindBodySpirit by @hakuna_matata2886
The Weekly Edit 🌿 | Week Three This week felt full in the best kind of way🤎 1. It started surrounded by family & friends at church 2. A BIG Proud Mama moment, my firstborn started college while still in high school 🥹🎓 Like…when did we get here?! 3. There were talks under the tree with Sis 🌳 4. Baby boy debuting his newly discovered breakdancing skills 😂 5. Gym time💪🏾 6. A girls basketball game in Savannah, GA with my little brother & sister 🏀 7. A little Seaport staycation that naturally ended with a Costco run 😂 🌿THEN....I came home and added Nintendo Switch surgeon to my résumé 🫠🔧 The verdict is still out on whether the patient will make a full recovery 😂 🌿Week 3 was a reminder to enjoy life as it comes, the proud moments, the laughs, the little adventures, and even the “how did I end up doing this?” moments 😂🌿 🌿Another week collected 🌿Another week lived🤎 🌿Stay tuned… the last edit is already being lived✨️ #CollectedMoments #TheWeeklyEdit #WellnessMonth #IntentionalLiving #MindBodySpirit by @hakuna_matata2886
The Weekly Edit 🌿 | Week Two Well…this week started with a bird in my front fender 😩🐦 because APPARENTLEEEEE 🙄 *slow living* still comes with plot twists😂 But between the unexpected, there was still so much good: 1. gym progress: this cut is CUTTING 💪🏾 2. a midday show catch-up with my sister & our lil snackey snacks😏 3. a good school week for the babies🥰 4. flowers from me to me 💐 5. an impromptu mother-daughter date that turned into the sweetest little moment🤎 🌿And somewhere in between it all, I found time to sit outside, enjoy nature, and simply BE🌻 🌿This week’s reminder: ✨️Wellness doesn’t require a perfect week. Sometimes it’s just finding the beautiful moments within the real ones🌿 🌿Another week collected✨️ Another week lived✨ 🌿Stay tuned for next week’s adventures… the next edit is already being lived🤎✨️ #CollectedMoments #TheWeeklyEdit #WellnessMonth #IntentionalLiving #MindBodySpirit by @hakuna_matata2886
For Wellness Month, I’m challenging myself to scroll a little less, live a little more, and collect memories instead of constantly consuming everyone else’s ✨ The Weekly Edit 🌿 | Week One 1. My 3 B babies' first day back to school🎒 2. Quiet moments outside where I actually stopped long enough to notice what was around me. 🌿 3. A midday lunch date with my sister🤎 4. Showing up for myself in the gym, not chasing perfection, just appreciating the progress. 💪🏾 🌿Good food, laughter, and moments that probably wouldn’t seem extraordinary to anyone else…but felt good to ME🌻✨️ . . . Sometimes wellness looks like movement. Sometimes it’s connection. Sometimes it’s a good meal, fresh air, watching your babies step into another school year, or simply giving yourself permission to enjoy the life happening right in front of you🥰 🌿Week one reminded me that there is so much beauty tucked inside the ordinary, you just have to be present enough to notice it✨️😏 🌿Here’s to a month of tending to the mind, body & spirit…one Collected Moment at a time. 🌿🤎 🌿Stay tuned for next week’s adventures… The next edit is already being lived✨ #CollectedMoments #TheWeeklyEdit #WellnessMonth #IntentionalLiving #MindBodySpirit by @hakuna_matata2886
