Didn't get the W last night unfortunately but that's the game. The man I've become is the W 💯
Fractured my rib at some stage through the fight and I just couldn't get oxygen into me to recover.
Hats off to my opponent.
I'll be back on the matts as soon as I recover to get back that W. Thanks to everyone who showed up for the event. It really means alot 💙 for all the messages and support thank you so much.
To anyone that's helped me along the way thank you.
To @sbgdrogheda and @paulbyrnemma @jordanboylan_7 @arekkos95 thank you so much for giving me your all whenever it was needed.
To my Fiancée @kirstylenehan for putting up with me and bringing the best out of me everyday, for showing up even when it's hard too. For looking after me last night after the fight and always.
To my team mates in @sbgdrogheda thank you for keeping me honest everyday in training. For every spar, pad sessions and just the chats in the locker room.
To my Best friend and daughters God Father @ciaranclarke95 from when we were young I dreamed of one day walking out with you by my side for my fight. Last night I ticked that off my bucket list. You are and always will be an inspiration to me.

God bless everyone, chat soon 💙 by @halto_rovers

20 weeks ago, I made a promise to myself. Today, it's time to step on stage and show the result of every early morning, every tough session, every meal prepped, every sacrifice, and every moment when quitting would've been easier.
The physical transformation is obvious, but the biggest change has been mentally. This journey has tested me, pushed me, and taught me more than I ever expected.
A huge thank you to everyone who's helped me along the way. To my family, friends, coaches, training partners, and everyone who checked in, offered advice, supported me, or simply believed in me—thank you. No one achieves something like this completely alone.
From the version of me on the right to the version standing here today, it's been 20 weeks of hard graft, consistency, and trust in the process.
Now the work is done.

''But as for you, be strong and do not give up, for your work will be rewarded.”

Happy Birthday to yourself ❤️
Mad to think we’ve spent 12 years together already.
Through all the madness of life, you’ve always been my calm, my best friend and the best part of every day.
You make ordinary days feel special and hard days feel easier.
Also thanks for continuing to tolerate me because that can’t be easy 😂
You will and always will be my bestfriend.
Love you always x by @halto_rovers

58 days in the difference. Crazy what 58 days of hard work and discipline can do when you put the head down.
In the first picture I see a lost soul with no direction, no motivation, no get up and go. Somebody who thinks someone's coming to save them.
I see a nobody.
Second and third picture is a different person.
He's strong minded, confident, happy, a great dad and a great partner.
I see a man who made alot of mistakes but changed his ways for himself and his family.

“The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps”

96 kg down too 87kg.

The goal is 79kg in the next 12 weeks for my fight but we will see how it goes👊🏻

Something I've always dreamed of was seeing myself in one of these pictures but never had the self confidence to bite the bullet and just go.
Wednesday I finally put myself out of my comfort zone and signed upto @trainalta . Two classes in and the body's sore but by god I've already fallen in love 💯🤣
20 weeks of training with the option to fight on a show at the end.
Excited for the journey ahead.
