💢Hamid Ajami Criticizes the Media Situation in Southeast Tehran

Hamid Ajami, a journalist and executive director of the national publication Nedaye Velayat and the director of the media mobilization in Pishva County, criticized the way journalists were invited and appreciated in some special programs, emphasizing the need for fair attention to active and hardworking journalists in the southeastern counties of Tehran Province.

🗳Reported by reporter Rashida;
Hamid Ajami, executive director of the agricultural publication Nedaye Velayat, and the director of the media mobilization in Pishva County, in an interview with "Rashida" media, while appreciating the media and cultural activities of this media, said about the situation of journalists and media people in the southeastern province of Tehran: Unfortunately, in some programs related to the Journalist's Week, active journalists and those who work hard to cover news and introduce the capacities of the county are not given attention.

Referring to the need to observe justice in inviting and appreciating journalists, he said: Some departments invite and appreciate some journalists regardless of the level of media activity of individuals, while active and hard-working journalists in the region may not be present in these programs.

Ajami added: Journalists do not need material gifts and appreciation, nor do they become rich by receiving gifts; what is important is the respect and visibility of the efforts of real and active journalists.

He continued: A journalist who has tried to introduce the news, capacities, and issues of the city deserves attention and respect, and it is expected that officials will give real and fair attention to active journalists in the region in their programs.

In conclusion, Ajami appreciated the efforts of the media people in southeastern Tehran province and thanked "Rashida" media for their presence at the office of "Nedaye Velayat" publication in Qarchak city.

🗞️💢 To be informed about the latest news in Iran and events in southeastern cities of Tehran province.
