I feel my temperature rising… ❀️‍πŸ”₯πŸ’ 05/08/26 β€” Wednesday. Wednesday is the day I was born. Wednesday is the day Francesca was born. Wednesday is the day our first child was born. So it had to be a Wednesday. πŸ™ To the mother of my three kids, who thought she was simply having a birthday celebration β€” she deserved a surprise like this. ❀️ Massive thanks to @davidvalolao for the amazing photography and, more importantly, the acting skills πŸ˜‚ that helped me pull it all off without her knowing. The proposal video is at the end of the slides. πŸ’πŸŽ₯ Love you, Francesca ❀️ Here’s to our next chapter. πŸ₯‚ by @hamish_rorschach
Always wanted to train at SBG Ireland and meet John Kavanagh, so being over in Dublin for my birthday was the perfect chance to make it happen. Thank you for a great session! Very welcoming, loads of knowledge and good laughs. The facilities at SBG are honestly the best I’ve been in so far. Also appreciate the message and autograph in the book. 4th time reading it now and it’s still my favourite MMA book. I’d highly recommend giving it a read. Looking forward to getting back over and training there again soon. Would love to bring the kids over with me next time for some training as well βš”οΈ by @hamish_rorschach

Back to my roots πŸ₯Š 2022 I had two routes in front of me. Anyone who knew me back then knows. MMA pulled me the right way. It’s all in my journals from that time. Martial arts have always been in me. Taekwondo as a wee kid then boxing, MMA and Muay Thai. Your ego gets stripped the second you step on the mats. And I’ve I met brothers for life along the way. These disciplines saved my life and I mean that. I carry it into everything now. Business. Mindset. Everyday life. I was already using kettlebells back then. But I never thought I’d end up where I am now. Coaching people. Building a business where everyone grows together. Bringing kettlebells to Glasgow is something I’ll always be proud of 🏴󠁧󠁒󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 I believe everyone should learn some form of martial art. Any age. Any gender. It’s much more than just fighting! Massive appreciation to Hamish for being there every step of the way over the years @hamish_rorschach πŸ€œπŸΌπŸ€›πŸΌ by @hamish_rorschach
