Actions speak louder.

Two guards. One standard. Intentional reps, game-speed reads, and no wasted movement.

The work has been consistent.

Everything we do is about translating skill to the game — creating separation, getting downhill, playing off counters, and making tough shots under pressure.

Keep building. Keep sharpening.

HE BEEN WORKING📈🌴 by @handleuptraining

Great things come from hard work and perseverance. No excuses. HandleUp!

@sebymore34 is one of the best young guards in the state and he is still working like he’s got something to prove. Just getting started. Stay locked! by @handleuptraining

Game reps. Different reads. Different finishes.

This workout with @youngversace22 focused on:
🏀 Ball handling into separation
🎯 Pick ups into jump shots
📈 Reading the ball screen for multiple scoring options

The goal isn’t just moves — it’s learning how to score from every situation on the floor. #HandleUpTraining by @handleuptraining

Small group recap — ball handling: control, change of pace, separation. What are you working on this week? 👀🏀 February spots are opening now — DM “HANDLEUP” for info & scheduling. by @handleuptraining

1-on-1 with Bruno Rodriguez 🎯
We worked on ball manipulation to tighten the handle, control, and footwork. Then we went to work getting shots up through real game reads — P&R decisions, shots coming off different screens, and shots on the move.

If you want your workouts to translate to games, tap in.
DM “HANDLEUP” to train.

Wednesday night small group recap. The focus was creating separation into the anchor step to open up clean angles for rim finishes, with the pull-up counter in your pocket.

Want to train with us? DM “HANDLEUP” to get started.

Throwback clip of @kyle2tuff warming up his handle before our workout! Since this video, his confidence + control have leveled up a ton — proud of the consistency he’s shown over the past few months.

Want the exact handles warm-up I use?
Comment or DM “HANDLES” and I’ll post a full breakdown.
