How is it October already! 🫪

Another week of working my ass off and prepared to start another.

Really happy with how my training is going right now and with the plan in mind, I won’t be taking my foot off the pedal… Every week counts! 😉

A couple weekends ago in Lisbon to see @nicolastanding for a weekend intensive of handstand and of course to see the city itself.

Such an important weekend for a few reasons, met some some really cool people too and found what I thought was the best bar in Portugal!

At what point do we say “I can do…(then insert whatever the claim is)”.

For me I’ve worked from 7/10 times on average before stating “I can”. This #oahs I wanted to share it holds a sort of nostalgia for posting my first handstands back from when I was starting to feel more capable. I’m really happy with the integration of training which is learning to keep the position relatively still.

Although it’s been an interesting discussion with my mates as of late; when to say “I can do”…

Would be good to get some discussion going on it ✌🏻

I asked one of the best hand balancers for his #1 tip…

I wish someone had told me this years ago.

One small cue can completely change the way your handstand feels and save you months of trial and error.

Save this for your next handstand session.

A few months ago I started a Mon/Weds/Fri #oahs training schedule and it’s really starting to look like something now. I’m not at a point to claim “I can do it” however I’m really happy with where it’s up to so far.

I’ve also reduced the amount of cycling for commuting recently so I can focus more energy into #handbalancing and it’s really helping by not being so fatigued. And furthermore some necessary life alterations are playing a huge part.

Also I can sort of #planche note which is pretty dope ✌🏻 by @handstandy
