Hey everyone!

We’re excited to remind you of our upcoming Black History Month event this Sunday, February 23rd, from 2 PM to 5 PM at 71 West Drive, Unit 23, Brampton. This is a wonderful opportunity to come together, celebrate, and honor the rich history and contributions of the Black community.

Let’s make progress in places that we need to improve on. Stop looking at the progress of others and comparing it to yourself.

You have time ⏱️

A champion isn’t just someone who wins — it’s someone who inspires others. 🥊💙

The Triston Brookes Hands Up Organization is about empowering youth, building confidence, and showing the next generation that their circumstances don’t define their future.

My mission is bigger than boxing. It’s about giving back, creating opportunities, and helping young people become champions in and out of the ring.

Anyone can be a champion. 🏆

🇨🇷❤️ Costa Rica will always have a special place in my heart.

A huge thank you to Plaza Viquez Boxing Gym in San José for welcoming us like family. The talent, passion, and dedication inside that gym were truly inspiring.

A special thank you to @purevitalabs for stepping up and donating ISO Clear to help fuel these incredible athletes with hydration and high-quality protein. Supporting the next generation of champions is what it’s all about. 💙💪

I’m also proud that @handsup.organization was able to donate boxing gloves and provide a meal for the team after training.

Thank you to Coach Tony @tony.wallacefitness for sharing your knowledge, passion, and experience with these young boxers. The impact you made will last far beyond one training session.

Boxing is family. No borders. Just respect, love, and opportunity.

¡Viva Costa Rica! 🇨🇷🥊❤️ #PuraVida #PVL #ISOclear #BoxingFamily #GiveBack CostaRica by @handsup.organization

Not every day feels strong—and that’s okay. Real strength is in showing up, even when it’s hard. Keep going, one step at a time. 👊🏿 You’re doing better than you think.

Confidence doesn’t just appear—it’s something you work on, just like training in the gym! 🥊 Want to feel more confident in yourself? Start with small changes every day. Stand tall, speak up, and remind yourself that you’re capable of great things. 💪

Progress isn’t about being perfect—it’s about showing up, even on the hard days. 👊🏿

One step at a time, one choice at a time… that’s how you grow. You’ve got this! 💪 by @handsup.organization

Everyone wants to reach their goals, but not everyone knows how to get there. The key? See it, believe it, and take action. 💡

Who do you want to become? Where do you want to go? Fear and pain will be there, but once you learn to face them, you start seeing things differently.

Stay focused, keep pushing, and own your journey—because this is your choice, your path, and your moment.
