15/11/2024 12.20am. I had a great honour to host for Bank Rakyat Health Day 2024. I also had the opportunity to have a health talk on the connection of physical and mental pain, along with providing demonstrations on how to relieve common body aches. We also had other amazing speakers sharing health knowledge; Dr Amanda, Nana Mohd and the amazing motivational speaker Amin Idris.

We then had the Health Day launch event, graced by the CEO of Bank Rakyat, the CPO of Bank Rakyat along with distinguished guests.

Truly an amazing event as I’ve always loved initiatives by organizations in caring for the health of employees.

29/05/2024 12.12pm. The best thing an instructor can offer is not the best dance techniques, but to have their participants put on their best smiles.

A great honour to have taught these amazing people of BSN. And checkout the beautiful surrounding, with KL Tower in the background. by @hanifshawn

When dancing, we have to understand the lyrics and the beat behind the song to feel the vibe. Songs like this I would need to put on a b* vibe to be able to execute the emotions within my choreography
