Happy Howl-o-ween 🎃
No tricks. Just three very spoiled treats 🧡 by @hannah.shackleford

Today I completed my first fitness event, Pink Bars & PRs 💗

115 lb shoulder to overhead
170 lb back squat
900-meter row in 4:47

I’m still new to this, but today I showed up, challenged myself, and got to see what I’m capable of. Proud of these numbers and excited to keep getting stronger! (Watch me hit 200 before the end of the year)

The best part was being surrounded by so many amazing women. Watching all the girls push themselves, cheer each other on, and celebrate each other’s wins made today so special. So much strength and heart in one place, and I’m grateful I got to be part of it 🏋🏼‍♀️🩷🩷🩷 by @hannah.shackleford

My 30th birthday was one for the books ✨

Thank you to everyone who called, texted, posted, and celebrated with me. Every birthday wish and moment spent together meant so much. After everything this year has held, feeling so loved means so much to me.

Thank you to Garland for the thoughtful gifts, the experiences planned, and for always supporting my vision, my goals, and my business dreams. I’m so grateful to have you. I love you! 🤍

And thanks to Brooke, the Grom gang is back together again!! 🏍️ As if surprising me a Grom wasn’t enough, she also treated me to Ruth’s Chris and a Maxie B’s cake! You put so much thought and love into making my 30th special, and I’ll always remember it. I’m so thankful for your friendship and all the memories we get to make together 🩷

And a big thank you to Matthew for all the work you put into the Grom! I appreciate the time and effort you spent getting it ready for me. Yall made this birthday one I’ll never forget!

Going into 30 with a full heart and so much gratitude for the people in my life. I love y’all! 🫶🏼 by @hannah.shackleford

There are some people who come into your life and leave fingerprints on every part of who you become.

She was one of those people for me 🤍

Growing up, people at school would always comment on how much I looked like her. Teachers and staff would know exactly whose “mom” she was because somehow, I looked more like her than I did my own mom. We used to laugh about that, but looking back now, there was something beautiful about it.

Because in so many ways, I did become like her.

She took care of me. She helped raise me. She taught me how to work hard, how to take care of people, how to be strong, how to keep going, and how to become the woman I am today.

There are so many things I understand differently now because of her. So many parts of myself that I know were shaped by the love, lessons, and life she gave me.

I hope she knew how grateful I was. I hope she knew how much of her I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Thank you for loving me.
Thank you for raising me.
Thank you for helping make me who I am.

I will miss you more than I know how to put into words.

Until we meet again 🕊️ by @hannah.shackleford

We can’t wait to see you there. 🤎 by @hannah.shackleford

Some buildings are just part of a skyline.
This one built something in me.

The Lincoln Financial Building was where I’d go as a kid, watching my grandmother move with a level of discipline and work ethic I didn’t understand yet but never forgot.

She didn’t just show up. She built.
Consistency, standards, pride in what you do… she lived it before I even knew what business meant.

Now, every time I see this building, I don’t just see a place
I see the foundation of how I operate, how I lead, and what I expect from myself.

Grateful for where it started.
Even more focused on where I’m taking it 👏🏻 by @hannah.shackleford

This weekend meant more than you probably realize.

Getting to watch you do what you love, educate me, and just exist in your world for a few days was everything.

You worked so hard, you showed up with so much grace, and it’s so deserved seeing it all come together!

Thank you for having me and letting me celebrate you.
So proud of you always 🤍🐎 by @hannah.shackleford
