Kinda knew it was coming tbh. Share your “wtf????” 40-42yo (astrologically significant times of life, known for dramatic change) moments with me below ⬇️ by @hannahbarneswellness

Fasting/abstinence is probably the most effective tool I’ve used for creating space or distance from my addictions and obsessions. And EFT/tapping comes a close second - I use both together.

My latest juice fast has quietened all cravings I’ve had for coffee, I’m now day 3 of no coffee - not even feeling like it one bit, and I feel so good!

I’m not saying I’m never going to have it, but frequency and quantity matters so much for creating genuine balance.

We often override our body’s nudges to continue with our vices.

Because: p|easure!!!!!

These could be a stomach that’s in knots, a racing or fluttery heart, poor digestion (the shits or getting bunged up), headaches, fatigue, aches & pains, puffiness, weight gain, sleep troubles, hormonal issues, skin problems, guilt, shame…and more.

Tuning in to how your body responds to food and drink (alcohol, energy drinks & coffee especially), as well other things, and taking some action to support it, will have you feeling better than you could imagine.

How do you manage your addictions or cravings?

Tell me more below.

And if you know you need to change but don’t know where to start, drop CALL ⬇️ to arrange a free 10 min call to see how I may be able help you out.

Lotsa love,

PS I’m also realising buying coffee out can get crazy expenny without even realising! by @hannahbarneswellness

My results from a mini comprehensive health report from @jaimeenurtureyou - this uses biogenetics (my nail clippings! Hair works too) to see where you could do with a lil TLC and to get yourself back into balance.

Super holistic and informative. It has helped me get myself back on track this year after some very stressful times💥💥💥

You’re tired, overstimulated and already thinking about everything you still have to do.

So you pour a wine.

And carry on doing all the things…just slightly less annoyed about it 😂

Except somewhere along the way, that one wine has become an almost-every-night thing.

And the thing you’re using to cope with being exhausted and stressed?

Is leaving you waking up feeling even worse.

Headache.
Shitty sleep.
Anxiety.
No energy.
Continually promising yourself not tonight.

But 5pm comes around again….

One of the women I worked with was stuck in exactly this cycle.

Drinking every day. Waking up feeling terrible. Headaches. Exhausted. Irritable with her kids.

Knowing alcohol wasn’t helping her feel the way she wanted to feel…
but reaching for it again when the day became too much.

We started looking at the LIFE she was using alcohol to cope with.

The stress & overwhelm.
Lack of boundaries.
The constant doing and not BEING.
A life long habit of putting herself last.

Buttttt…taking away the wine without changing anything else still leaves you standing in the kitchen at 5pm feeling completely fucking done.

This is the work we do inside The Bounce Back.

We’re looking at your sleep, energy, stress, boundaries, habits and the patterns that keep you stuck in a life you need to escape from at the end of the day.

Because you don’t actually want to spend your evenings drinking to cope and your mornings recovering from it.

You want to wake up feeling GOOD.

To regain your energy.

To have clarity and direction.

You want to feel like yourself again.
And you absolutely can.

The Bounce Back: Spring Edition starts 1 September.

If you’ve been thinking “I really need to sort myself out” for longer than you’d like to admit…

This is your invitation.

You lie there at 3am calculating “if I fall asleep RIGHT NOW I can still get 3 hours and 45 minutes before I have to get up for work” 😵‍💫

If this is you, keep reading…

One of the biggest things I’ve learned through my own sleep struggles is to stop fighting being awake.

Stop checking the clock.

Stop catastrophising about how shit you’re going to feel.

And stop fantasising over that first coffee of the day before it’s even started.

It sucks that you’re awake when you desperately want and need to be fast asleep. I sure know the feeling 😩

But you’re still resting.
Your body knows how to sleep.
And
Forcing + pressure doesn’t work.

I totes know that’s considerably easier to understand at 2pm than when you’re staring into the darkness at 3:17am!

But, this period of stress, nervous system dysregulation and shit sleep doesn’t need to become a story about how you’re never going to sleep properly ever again.

Anndddd this is exactly the kind of stuff we’re working on inside The Bounce Back: Spring Edition, starting 1 September 🌸

Not just “here are 12 things you should do for better sleep.”

We’re looking at the bigger picture…stress, energy, boundaries, nervous system regulation, and how to stop ending up at the bottom of your own list.

You already know you need to look after yourself better. Much better.

We’re dealing with the reason/s why YOU DON’T DO IT.

Drop BB below and I’ll send you the details.

Lotsa love,

Hannah x by @hannahbarneswellness

Are your movements rushed? Is your speech frantic and do you shoot from the mouth without a pause to think?

Intentionally slowing down tells your nervous system that you’re not in an emergency situation!

If you’d like to feel more calm, more happy and more YOU. If you’d like a sense of direction and clarity in your life, join us for the spring edition of The Bounce Back.

We start 1st September. Drop BB to learn more ⬇️

From my recent client of The Bounce Back:

I’ve always prided myself on being there for others, for being so efficient and capable.

And I don’t feel that way right now.

From working with you, I understand that I have been doing too much and over giving for my whole life.

And I can’t carry on this way.

It’s only because of being in the group (The Bounce Back) with you and the other ladies that I have given myself permission to accept what I knew was true in my heart, and could give myself what I need.

Before doing this with you, my partner would mention reducing hours and I’d say I can’t there’s literally no way it’s not a thing. Impossible.

I’m reducing my hours in my business starting in 3 weeks, even though I “can’t afford it”, it’s either that or total burn out - and yesterday I was so low that I didn’t want to ever go back.

I’ve always prided myself on being there for others, for being so efficient and capable. And I don’t feel that way right now. From working with you, I understand that I have been doing too much and over giving for my whole life. And I can’t carry on this way.

If this resonates, I can help you.

It’s time to take your energy back, create some space in your life and truly prioritise yourself without guilt.

Lotsa love

In 2019, mum had a recurrence of breast cancer with metastases.

We thought we would have much longer than we did with her.

I tried so hard to save her 😔

And I researched like a woman possessed over this time.

In doing so, I came across three potent whole food ingredients - barley grass, green tea and cinnamon.

I started making her and I drinks each morning from this combo.

And after she passed, I decided to make our green drink into a product.

Goddess Greens was born at the end of 2021 and has been loved by hundreds of women since for its energy, gut and skin benefits.

I feel so blessed to be helping others feel good on the daily.

Thanks for being here,

Hannah 💚 by @hannahbarneswellness
