Step One is more than a workshop. It’s a space where children explore, create, move, and express themselves through acting, music, yoga, and parkour.

Curious to see what it feels like? Here’s a glimpse.
Our next Step One session is tomorrow, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Studio Airbound, Khar.

DM us to know more or book your spot.

Step One is a creative acting workshop for kids that goes beyond the stage.

Along with acting and storytelling, children explore yoga, music, and parkour - helping them build confidence, creativity, teamwork, and self-expression in a fun and engaging environment.

A space to move, play, perform, and grow.

What if your child could spend a few hours away from screens and closer to stories, movement, imagination and self-expression?

Step One is designed to help children explore creativity through play, storytelling, yoga and guided expression in a fun, nurturing environment.

A space to move, imagine, create and simply be a child.

Did you know that our intestines are 2 storeys long?

Be sure to consume soluble and insoluble fibres to “sweep” the inside of your intestine really well.

A simple addition to your meal could be some spinach sautéed in butter, turmeric and black pepper (for an anti inflammatory boost naturally). If you have extra time, you can sauté some thinly sliced garlic in the butter and turmeric before adding in the spinach.

Food as medicine equals ☀️Happy Days☀️
