falling more & more in love with life,
with God, myself, & the journey🦋 @bahiaresortsandiego by @happywithhannn

good things come to those who see the good in things by @happywithhannn

3 weeks ago today a group of people (mostly strangers & now some of my favorite people I have ever met) from all over the world, finished building a house (in 48 hours) for a family that was living in a tiny wooden/tarp makeshift shed in the dirt, with no electricity, working 12 hour long manual labor days in the Mexico heat every week, to make less than 150 dollars a week, and really no substantial path forward to improve their quality of living or to break out of generational poverty. We were also blessed enough to visit an orphanage & spend time with kids who also literally have no home or family.

To say this weekend impacted me for the better would be an understatement, in the midst of all of my striving for personal growth & success this year, I realized how easy it is to forget how much we already have, and the importance of shifting our mindset from what we don’t have yet or what can we get, to how much we already truly have, and how much we can give.

This weekend was such a powerful example of what an incredible impact we can have in such a short amount of time, when we show up together, with intention & in unity for a greater cause.

Let this be your reminder to spread kindness today,
and to remember that we need YOU & your spirit & light⭐️

I have realized this year that my calling is not only to follow and create towards my biggest goals and dreams, but to inspire and help as many people as possible along the way, on that journey. 🫂

we are the blessings we continue to give,
not just the success we wish to receive🤍🪽

especially as women, (but for men as well)

we have been so conditioned to speak negatively about our bodies and find every fault and flaw in our looks, health, energy.

But the truth is that death and life are in the power of the tongue. And speaking negatively is not only hurting you it’s coming into agreement with the spiritual forces of negativity. It is not only about positive results and thinking, it’s about spiritual warfare. Speaking life is a muscle and discipline that can be built and strengthened that brings protection and life.

Similar to how we want to be cared for and valued in our relationships and workplaces, our bodies hurt when they are criticized and neglected, and thrive off of love and care and appreciation.

We can absolutely strive for growth and healing and bettering ourselves physically, mentally, and in everything- but are you showing up from a place of proving or from a place of purpose?

We were made in the image of God, fearfully & wonderful made, and the heart posture we move from changes everything🤍🪽 by @happywithhannn

watch my energy 100x📈 at the end after life speaking positivity. As a man speaks, he becomes, the power of positive thinking 💭

I love health & beauty but my goals is to inspire young women (and men and people of all ages) to know that their true beauty is not dependent on external things, but begins with in with that your inner sense of self love, worth, and belief, and that comes from also knowing your true worth & value, in God!

As you change the words you speak, your life will also change🪞

You are already beautiful, worthy, loved, whole and complete and the more you know, remember, act on, and speak this, the more that is reflected to you in your reality💗✨💄💋👑🧘🏽‍♀️ by @happywithhannn

it can be so easy to look at how much there is left we want to achieve, and forget to see how far we have already come🤍

learning to love, uplift, send kindness to, speak life into, & live for little me has by far been one of the most impactful things I have ever done on my healing and self growth journey🤍🤍🌱 by @happywithhannn

This weekend was mental health day, and as I was reflecting, I was hit with an overwhelming feeling of deep awe and gratitude for how drastically my life and mental health has changed.

in the past year, and even in the past two months alone, God has and continues to transform me completely from the inside out.

A lot of these moments were some of the hardest and most difficult things I’ve ever experienced, and a lot of this is extremely vulnerable for me to share with the world, but none of that matters if God can use it to help at least one person feel less alone, or to feel more hope in their journey.

Mental health is a very real thing, and I believe it is a very spiritual matter. No matter where you are in life, no matter where you have been or how you are feeling, God can use your story as one of redemption, healing, and victory.

You can step into a new version of yourself and a new way of being. Trust in Him, remember that you are whole & complete, you are worthy, you are deserving, you are capable, you are more than enough, and you are loved.🤍🪽

we on go 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🗣️🗣️🗣️ @celsiusofficial but actually running has been such a nice way for me to feel grounded in my body while traveling depending on when I do or don’t have access to certain gyms, still being able to move my body is something that helps soooo much mentally, and I feel the difference truly when I do/dont prioritize moving!!!
