🎉 Happy First Birthday to Our Sweet Baby Girl, Rowan! 🎂💕
Today, beautiful baby Rowan turns one! Her journey with Clove Garden began even before she was born—she has been visiting us since she was in her mommy’s tummy. Now, she already has two favorite dishes: palak paneer and lamb korma! 🥰
Rowan is truly one of our youngest and most special guests. From enjoying our flavors through her mommy to now tasting the food herself, she has become a precious part of the Clove Garden family. We feel so blessed that her family continues to celebrate every special occasion with us.

Saffron Rasmalai Cake (Made from scratch with passion and tradition, this isn’t just a Rasmalai cake—it’s an artisan masterpiece. We begin by boiling fresh whole milk and gently curdling it with vinegar to create soft, homemade paneer. That freshly made paneer is transformed into delicate rasmalai, then layered into a light, fluffy cake infused with fragrant saffron, cardamom, and rich milk. Every bite is incredibly soft, creamy, and perfectly balanced, bringing together the authentic flavors of traditional Indian rasmalai with the elegance of a handcrafted celebration cake. Freshness you can taste, craftsmanship you can experience.)#rasmalai #rasmalaicake #rasmalaicake🎂 #rasmalaicake❤️ #jerseycity taken in Clove Garden Jersey City by @benjamin_caleb_1

The Emperor’s Portobello (A whole Portobello mushroom delicately marinated in a luxurious blend of tandoori mayonnaise and rich malai sauce, allowing every bite to absorb layers of smoky, creamy flavor. Roasted to perfection in the traditional tandoor oven, it develops a lightly charred exterior while remaining tender and juicy inside. Served on a hot plate, this elegant vegetarian creation delivers a dramatic presentation with the authentic aroma of India’s legendary clay oven.)#mushroom #food #foodie #foodlover #foodies taken in Clove Garden Jersey City by @benjamin_caleb_1

Liberty Flame Jubilee
Your dessert is a tribute to the spirit of America—created in honor of the 250th Anniversary of the United States. Velvety carrot halwa meets silky jackfruit paste, surrounded by a vibrant crown of strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries that celebrate the nation’s colors through nature’s finest berries. A delicate shower of Jack Daniel’s bourbon whiskey adds a rich Tennessee-inspired aroma, while a warm Goldschläger flambé ignites the entire dessert in a spectacular blaze, creating a dramatic tableside finale. Every bite delivers comforting sweetness, fruity freshness, gentle spice, and a touch of smoky bourbon warmth, making this dessert a memorable celebration of freedom, craftsmanship, and culinary theater.#usa🇺🇸 #july4thweekend #250thanniversary #jerseycity #jerseycitynj taken in Clove Garden Jersey City by @benjamin_caleb_1

Dad, thank you for your endless sacrifices, your hard work, and your unconditional love. You taught me that success comes from discipline, consistency, and never giving up. Every lesson you shared has helped shape the person I am today.
To all fathers who work tirelessly for their families, often putting everyone else’s needs before their own, today is your day. May you be blessed with happiness, good health, and the love you truly deserve.
