Timeless, meaningful and inclusive womenswear, designed and crafted in Sheffield, England

A little fabric appreciation moment.

I’m not sure much else needs to be said.

100% cotton, crafted in the UK, then slowly made into timeless shirts in my studio.

The heartbreaking part? This is some of the last few metres I have. The mill has tragically folded, and no more cloth like this is being produced.

So every shirt made from it feels a little more special than ever.

This piece is slowly being crafted into my Nell Shirt, and I can’t wait to see it finished and find its way to its new home 🤍

The new edition of the Powerful Pocket T-shirt has arrived!

I’m so excited to finally share these with you. I took them along to @great_northern_events in Newcastle a couple of months ago, and every single one left the shelf that weekend. Turns out you might love them just as much as I do.

This colourway was inspired by family moments at the beach, and feels just right for the changing seasons. With a relaxed silhouette, super soft, satisfyingly thick organic cotton and, of course, that powerful British cotton pocket, it’s my current go to pieces. And apparently, yours too.

They will be coming with me to Wirksworth Arts Festival 12th & 13th September, or drop me a DM for more details. by @harrieteccleston

Life in the studio recently has been busyyyyyyyyy. And what a pleasure it’s been creating so many different beautiful items for very special people. But somehow I’ve blinked and it’s almost September - how has that happened?!

With September comes some wonderful events that I feel so privileged to be a part of and could not recommend more highly for a brilliant day out!
Yes, the last ones are going to be very festive, but please let’s not say the word just yet! by @harrieteccleston

The Ava Shirt is featured as one of Living North’s Editor’s Picks this week, a lovely surprise and a real honour. And so lovely to be featured next to the gorgeous @the_april_11

Today I’m back in the studio making an Ava Shirt, which feels quite special. Every Ava Shirt starts here on my cutting table before being sewn and finished, one at a time and just for you.

Thank you to @living_north for including my work, and thank you to everyone who chooses to support what I do. Knowing these shirts are finding their way into people’s wardrobes (and now onto an editor’s favourites list!) means such a lot.

Modern, minimal, and made to measure, here are some of our favourite local finds that are the polar opposite of fast fashion. Time to invest? 🤔

Better late than never… a little snapshot of April.

William Wordsworth once said ‘Nature never did betray the heart that loved her.’

A gorgeous month filled with creativity, inspiration and the beautiful outdoors, all of which I love a little deeper each month. by @harrieteccleston

March held longer, brighter days and a growing sense of energy and excitement.

The studio is finally warming up again (one of the joys of an old industrial building) helped by a lovely workshop, the sewing machine going and the iron on…
