Halloween Hawco’s 2026 by @hawcofreestyle
Healed pic, about a year and a half settled in maybe more. Plague dr. Combined with a refrence to a deadly quote used in silence of the lambs. A Robin red breast in a cage puts all heaven in a rage! "William Blake" Thanks for always challenging me ryan! This was a blast! Original, lots of detail, texture and flow. #ymm #tattoo #blackandgrey #fortmcmurray #ink by @hawcofreestyle
Are you not entertained!?⚔️ by @hawcofreestyle
Did it ever suck.. Trying to PR the Edmonton marathon just 13 days after running 118km at the death race was not enough recovery time. I should have dropped to the half but a big part of me wanted to see how I would handle it when the wall of fatigue hit me and did it ever hit me. Not the time I wanted but I got it done at least. It was also nice that the course was almost 1km longer than it shoulda been too🤣 @trolltraining by @hawcofreestyle

It’s not in the blood… 2026 Canadian Death Race Completed! The name is very fitting. The terrain was gnarly from start to finish.. 118km(73miles) 5,092m(16,706ft) of elevation gain. Experienced everything from heat, cold, rain and snow. I was able to get it done in 21hrs 34mins. I was at 100km when I watched that video of my daughter, felt like I could of ran another 100 after that 🙌. 395 registered and 135 finished. Amazing what you can accomplish when you take quitting off the table. Huge shout out to my crew @thawco_ & @rdownns. Couldn’t have done it without you, appreciate you boys 👊. #canadiandeathrace #ultramarathon #running by @hawcofreestyle

2026 Calgary Marathon Big improvement this year! Last year I feel apart at the end of the race and my time was 3:40:09. This year I was on a mission, paced smarter, nutrition was more on point, I trained my ass off and I came in at 3:18:45. I was hitting my limit coming down the finish line, I couldn’t hold it back and had to throw up but I didn’t break my pace just turned my head and let it go 3 times while I got to that finish line. Whatta grind 🙌 Stassi did the 5k. She suffered it out pretty good. That’s a big ask for a 6yr old. I never ran 5k until I was in my 30s. Proud dad moment! @trolltraining #yyc #calgarymarathon #running by @hawcofreestyle
Spike Camp 2026.. 12hr endurance race on Mt. Pisgah in Eugene, Oregon. 5am to 5pm. As many summits as you can do. I’m still riding the high from this epic race. This was by far the most physically and mentally gruelling race I’ve done, yet it was the most enjoyable. The videos I’ve seen of this trail don’t do it justice at all, before I completed the first mile I thought to myself “how the fuck are you gonna do this?”🤣. I met so many inspiring people that when it really started to hurt there was always someone you passed that would say a couple words to pump you back up. This event is something special for sure. I ended up completing 15 summits. 77km (48 miles) 4,854m (15,925ft) of gain and descent. Thanks for a killer event guys @tspike2 @live_recovery_strong #spikecamp #running #endure by @hawcofreestyle
This may be one of the best trends yet because 2016 was all time 🙌 #wheelies #harleywheelies #harleydavidson #ymm #2016 by @hawcofreestyle
Better late than never… Year 3 done! 2842km ran, 3 marathons, 1 ultra marathon, and a 3-day stage race completed. Huge thanks to @alexmartin_26 and @trolltraining’s guidance. Achieved my sub 20 min 5k and sub 3:30 marathon goals. That first photo says it all - 50km done, heart rate 172, running on fumes and healing from broken ribs. Gave it everything for the finish. Despite the setbacks. “We treat the body rigorously, so that it may not be disobedient to the mind.” -Seneca #running #marathon #ultramarathon #seneca #leanintothepain by @hawcofreestyle
