Spencer spoke about the day he tore his ACL:

"I looked at my coaches and I was like, it's over, my career's over. You know, fourth one, what do you do? You know, I'm like, god damn, everyone's telling me, everyone's blaming my coaching staff, the University of Iowa.

And it's just me, man, there's a problem with me, something's wrong with me. You know, I got bad knees, I guess, you know. And, you know, Tom looked at me and goes, what do you want to do? And I said, well, I'm gonna go wrestle.

And if I go lose again, you know, the media's gonna hate me" by @hawkeye.source

Holy shit. Spencer tore his ACL for the 4th time, 3 months ago.

"I was gonna concede the spot... I said, I'll just go win it anyways... It's my 4th one, I'm 28 years old. I don't got many more tears left in me. I don't know if I will be back next year... I haven't wrestled in 16 freaking weeks man." by @hawkeye.source
