“I’ve only gotten older, and I feel younger.” — Jason Boudreau

He’s down 40+ lbs.

Stronger than he’s been in 20 years.

Higher vitality and performance.

Still doing the things he loves, golf, hockey, skiing… for as long as he can.

That’s the goal.

Not more workouts for the sake of workouts.

A body that keeps up with his high performance lifestyle.

We got there by getting to the real why, not surface level goals.

And by me being in his corner with one standard:

Whatever it takes to help Jason reach his full potential.

Longevity isn’t just length of life.

It’s quality of life.

Great job Jason, you’re a weapon.

“If there are 20 people in a room and one is having a heart attack… that person is you.”

That’s what his doctor told him last fall.

Brian called me the next day.

Father.
Grandfather.
Husband.
Visionary leader @ashton.mechanical.

A lot of people count on Brian.

The warning wasn’t subtle.

8 months later:

→ −50 lbs fat
→ 242 → 192
→ 14.5% body fat
→ Cholesterol fixed
→ 63 years old → biological age 47

His doctor’s new question:
“What program are you on?”

Most people hear heart attack risk and don’t do anything.

Brian saw a decision point.

No fads. No shortcuts.
Training built for his body.
Nutrition that controlled inflammation.
Recovery.
Accountability.
Elite standards.

He’s not just healthier.

He’s a weapon…protecting the next 20+ years for the people who matter.

Your doctor’s warning isn’t your destiny.
It’s your move.

Want to be a weapon like Brian?

M PERFORM | The gym is 1hr. Your life is the other 23. We coach what matters. by @hay88

Max is an entrepreneur, a role model for his family, and at 43 is hitting a 48” box jump.

But when he joined M PERFORM at the start of this year, he wasn’t at the top of his game.

A relentless work schedule, constant travel, and an indulgent lifestyle were holding him back from being the athlete and family man he knew he could be.

Here’s the Game Plan we built using the MNRX System (Mindset, Nutrition, Recovery, Exercise):

+ Designed custom training he could run anywhere — home, gym, or hotel room
+ Cut the toxic habits draining his energy and performance: excess alcohol and inflammatory foods
+ Made quality sleep non-negotiable
+ Built in daily and weekly accountability to keep him locked in

The Result:

+ Bodyweight: 214 lb → 191 lb
+ Body fat: 24% → 15%
+ More energy to show up for his family and perform at work
+ Lower-body power output now in the top 1%

Great job Max, you’re a weapon 🔪

M PERFORM Health by @hay88

Brian is 63, down 50 lbs, and his core strength now rivals elite 20-year-olds.

Plank test: 3min + 25lbs plate on his back.

His black swan is simple: be a role model for his family and community.

When you fully commit to a high-performance lifestyle like Brian, anything is possible.

Thanks for being an inspiration, buddy by @hay88

“I got 100% of what I wanted and that’s a rare thing”

New baby at home, demanding job and training five days a week.

Still couldn’t shake the love handles.

James wasn’t lazy, he wasn’t making excuses.

He was putting in more work than most people ever do and he still didn’t like what he saw in the mirror.

His wife booked the consult and not because she doubted him.

Because she believed in him and she could see he was doing the work.

What was missing was structure.

James told us two things he wanted.

Get on the ice and smoke the 20-year-olds at hockey (he’s 37)

Set the standard for his his family

12 weeks later: 28 lbs of fat gone, energized and abs popping.

Great job James, you’re a weapon 🔥 by @hay88

Bean Town —> H Town by @hay88

Aleks is a Managing Partner, a father, and a former competitive soccer player.

But for a while, he wasn’t showing up as any of those things.

At 50, life was intense.

Business pressure, high stakes, a major loss and family demands started to add up.

And like a lot of high performers, he found a way to cope.

Sugar and alcohol just to take the edge off.

When you’re under stress, your body craves high-calorie and high-dopamine foods because it thinks it needs excess calories to go into battle.

But you’re not going into battle to fight.

Your mind is just in overdrive, trying to problem-solve to survive.

So for Aleks, his energy and confidence started fading.

The body he’d built as an athlete was slipping.

And the version of himself he wanted his son to see?

Not where he wanted to be.

That’s what hit him hardest.

His son was watching, and he wanted to be the example.

He didn’t just want to get fit.

He wanted to be the man his son would one day measure himself against.

So he made a decision and joined M-Perform Health to get dialled.

Here’s what most people miss:

Your kids don’t do as you say; they do as you do.

It’s not just about you, it’s about being the type of man the world needs.

Great, Job Aleks!

Marcus is a father of two, an entrepreneur and a savage athlete.

But it wasn’t always this way.

After university, the structure disappeared.

No more rugby and no more routine.

Life got busy, habits slipped, and 30lbs crept on.

Marcus heard what I was building at @mperformcoaching

He didn’t hesitate and joined on the spot.

Here’s what most people miss:

The way you do one thing is the way you do everything.

Fix your body. Fix your business. Fix your life.

When your body is dialled, everything is better.

More confidence, better energy, sharper decision-making and more capacity to manage life’s intensity.

Marcus is “that guy” now.

His peers look up to him.

Not just as a business leader.

As a father figure.

As the example.

That’s what this is really about.

Being the person your people need you to be.

If you’re a busy founder or professional ready to become that person DM me PERFORM and let’s chat 💪🏼 by @hay88

Kyle is a busy entrepreneur.
He has 4-year-old twins.
AND he’s built a high-performance body.

Here’s what most people get wrong…

They believe they can’t thrive in every area of life at once.

So they sacrifice the one thing that fuels all of it, their health.

Kyle didn’t need more motivation, he needed structure.

F45 is a solid workout but it’s not training.

Elite results demand tailored programming.
If the plan isn’t built for you, it won’t build you..

We built Kyle a custom program around his body, his schedule, and his bio metrics from his @ouraring data.

But the real shift?

The 23 hours outside the gym.

→ We dialled in his recovery
→ Improved his sleep
→ Managed his stress
→ And put his nutrition on autopilot

Less decision fatigue, more confidence and more energy for business and family.

High performance isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing what matters, consistently.

Want the blueprint we used to get Kyle dialled in?

Comment “BLUEPRINT” and I’ll send it your way.
