Twincity Marathon 2026 πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ Half Marathon My finale, the last structured training block I could fully commit to while in Bintulu. 13 weeks of training. No shortcuts. ⏱️πŸ’ͺ Huge thanks to @kamarularifin.sahari and @yuz_yuniz for the advice, guidance, and pacing me through the hard sessions πŸ™ Not forgetting all the Bintulu runners who kept inspiring me along the way πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ Trained with @strydrunning guided by power, pace, and effort ⚑ Raced in superb jersey from @naturmeric ✨ Post-race jersey from @millenium_runners πŸ‘• From 1:57:28 to 1:50:47 🀩 Alhamdulillah, new year 2026, new PB. The feeling of crossing the marathon finish line is truly indescribable… 🏁✨ From the smallest advice to every word of encouragement and all the miles the runs we’ve shared together in Bintulu, Thank you Bintulu Runners. πŸ™ My marathon journey started as a teasing suggestion by Cikgu @paedhassan πŸ˜…, but along the way, you all made me believe in what once I felt impossible. ❀️‍πŸ”₯ Forever grateful to all my friends who inspired me to keep moving, to push through, and to cross that finish line. You made this journey unforgettable. πŸ«ΆπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸ’« #klscm2025 #bintulurunners #marathonjourney #runningcommunity #impossibleisnothing by @hazu8one
Why do you run? β€” @hazu8one Part 2 πŸ’« β€œ It’s not about the shoes , but the person wearing it β€œ This line stays with me after we had this convo, and it resonated with me and reminded me that the core of running lies within us , not all those fancy shoes and gear Often time I would get obsessed with speed pace and fast shoes thinking faster is always better , but life and running journey is more than that . And this is why I like to do this always, every convos reminded me and I appreciate much for everyone who willingly to share this story and experience . It lets me stay humble and enjoy the journey wholeheartedly. No pace talk. No gear talk. 1 minutes unscripted. Just honest answers. Everyone starts somewhere. Everyone runs for a reason. This is theirs. πŸ‘‡ #fyp #running #whyirun #whydoyourun #morethanmiles I ask runners this question every week. Their answers reminds me why I started. If you needed that reminder, follow along. I’ll keep asking. β€œWhat would you say to your Day 1 self?” by @hazu8one
A race worth remembering. The smiles. The people. The cheers. That final push to the finish. Big thanks to @asicsmalaysia for capturing these moments so beautifully. πŸŽ₯ KLSCM26, not my fastest, but definitely one I’ll remember. πŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈβ€οΈ by @hazu8one
The finish line was getting closer, and there was only one thing left to do: Keep pushing. Keep moving. Don’t leave anything out there. πŸ™Œ One final sprint. One final push. KLSCM26, finished strong. πŸ”₯πŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ by @hazu8one
KLSCM 2026 πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈHalf Marathon 2026 has been a roller coaster, mileage included. πŸŽ’πŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ Two weeks before KLSCM26, I got some much needed advice and help from @syamer_toyota . The goal this time: enjoy the run and finish strong. Started steady, found my rhythm, and at 17km, the legs still felt good… so I went all in for the finish. πŸ”₯ The cheer zones gave me that extra boost for the final sprint, and honestly, I had a lot of fun out there. πŸ“£πŸ₯³ The plan was simple. Run my race, trust the legs, and leave nothing in the final kilometres. Big shoutout to @pumanitrorunclub_my , Adidas Runners Kuala Lumpur, and @muhaizarmohamadrunclub for all the sessions, the push and inspiration. πŸ™ŒπŸ» KLSCM26, enjoyed every kilometre. β€οΈπŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ by @hazu8one
Why do you run? β€” @hazu8one Part 1 πŸ’« @hazu8one is someone very very humble and I enjoyed very much this convo with him , and the eyes Lit up when he speaks of the Bintulu Running Communities πŸ˜† Makes me curious and eager to one day join the Bintulu Running sessions with them too Running alone and running with the Community makes a huge difference, and that’s something you have to experience yourself πŸ’« Appreciate the convos we have and looking forward to Joining it one day too πŸ˜† No pace talk. No gear talk. 1 minutes unscripted. Just honest answers. Everyone starts somewhere. Everyone runs for a reason. This is theirs. πŸ‘‡ #fyp #running #whyirun #whydoyourun #morethanmiles I ask runners this question every week. Their answers reminds me why I started. If you needed that reminder, follow along. I’ll keep asking. What’s your β€˜why’? by @hazu8one
Brooks Marathon 2026 πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈHalf Marathon Part race, Part experiment. Used this one as a race simulation to test new gels, new gear, pacing and all the little things matter on race day. Not everything went to plan, but that’s what a simulation is for, test, learn and adjust. Started the race with a long time friend @ahmadidzwan, went our separate ways, and caught up after the finish. That moment made the day even more memorable. Because running is more than pace and time. Running brings people together. πŸ˜„ #brooksmarathonkl2026 #letsrunthere by @hazu8one
Bintulu Marathon 2026 The place where it all started. The race where I broke my PB. This year, I came back as the Half Marathon 4:00Hrs Sweeper. Different role. Same passion. Thank you, RD @awangku_bob & @felixentri07 for the opportunity. ❀️ Half Marathon Sweeper Team Every pace deserves respect. Every finish deserves celebration. Sweepers Team 42.195 km. (7:00Hrs) 21.0975 km. (4:00Hrs) One finish line. One purpose. Bintulu Marathon 2026 Pacer & Sweeper Team Setting the pace. Bringing everyone home. 🏁 @millenium_runners Where passion meets experience. Learn from the best. Run with the best. Millennium satu kali! ☝️ More than a race event. It’s where miles become memories and runners become friends. Geng LSD 3am πŸ˜† Since 2022. Many races. Thousands of kilometres. One friendship built through running. 🏁 Once, he paced me through training. Today, I pace others. The journey comes full circle.πŸ”„ Last year: a first meeting in Bintulu. This year: a story shared together in Bintulu. Always inspired by @afifabdhalim triathlon journey and @elainempress ultramarathon miles. Cut-Off Time - The Final Push The clock never stops. Never did their determination. The final minutes before the cut-off were filled with cheers, emotions, and one last puch toward the finish line. Seeing runners dig deep and refuse to give up reminded me why i love this sport. Some races are won by time. But the greatset victories are earned through resilience. Congratulations to every finisher of @bintulu.marathon You did it πŸ‘πŸ… by @hazu8one
Bintulu gave us more than beautiful views. It gave us stories. Stories of first timers. Stories of comeback runners. Stories of courage, sacrifice and determination. As we ran through the streets, I had a privilage of listening to why they arrived at the @bintulu.marathon Some chase PB. Some chase dreams. Some simply wanted to prove they could finish. Every story inspired me. Thank you for trusting us to accompany your journey to the finishing line. πŸ™Œ by @hazu8one
