Allowing motherhood to transform me and what I thought my plans would be. To guide and nurture this precious life is the greatest blessing, privilege, and responsibility.

To my beloved clients and all those who I have connected with over the years, thank you. I’m incredibly grateful for your trust and allowing me to be a part of your healing journeys.

The inner work never ends, it just evolves through different seasons of life.

Similarly, I’m not sure what the next evolution of my healing work will look like or when it will all unfold but I know it will happen exactly as it’s meant to.

For now, Spirit is calling for my full presence in motherhood, and I am wholeheartedly answering the call.🤍 by @healeralexandra

May the followers of all religions and spiritual paths work together to create peace among all people on earth 🙏🏽 by @healeralexandra

Hi light warrior, I see you. This is for you ✨👁️♾️🫶🏽 remember that the work is also play. Come back to joy.

Care for the mother, and all life thrives 🌀

It’s all connected. How we treat mothers as a collective is a direct reflection of how we treat Mother Earth.

Imagine if we provided mothers with the support needed so they could focus their energy on fostering secure attachment, psychological safety, and self-realization in their children.

There would be much less ego- and fear-driven conflict in the world, and much more love and connection with all life.

Perhaps men wouldn’t go to w@r, pillage the planet for resources, or exploit entire populations in the pursuit of wealth and power.

Perhaps we would honor the loving bond between a mother cow and her calf rather than forcing her to give birth over and over only to steal her milk for the dairy industry and steal her child for the beef industry.

Perhaps we wouldn’t ignore the cries of Mother Nature as human-induced climate change severely impacts billions of people and claims millions of lives each year.

Perhaps 🙏🏽💫

Until then, I’ll just be over here with my placenta balancing hormones, boosting milk supply, and accelerating postpartum recovery while focusing on raising a conscious child, and while my plant-based diet reduces carbon emissions by 75%, land use by 74%, and water pollution by 73%.

✨ Correction - born 2026, 6.12lbs - lol mom brain already starting. The story of my unmedicated orgasmic home birth 💫

And yes, while it was the hardest work I’ve ever done, here are the reasons I’d do it again:

Uninterrupted bonding time and a soft landing for baby in our protected energy bubble

No pharmaceutical interventions impeding the oxytocin/DMT explosion - honestly felt like i was on mdma for three days straight

Extended connection with the placenta to support baby’s transition, along with placenta supplements for postpartum

No forced pushing which meant no tearing or hemorrhoids, and a swift recovery

Embodying the raw, primal power of creation, spiritual initiation & cosmic bliss

I’m incredibly grateful for my birth team whom I couldn’t have done it without. If you’re considering home birth, I cannot sing the praises of these women enough @meaghan_snider_ @alreadywithinyoga @pamkessinger @emilymoonbeam

And of course my husband for being my grounded pillar of strength through it all, and Bodhi for his infinite wisdom and transforming me into mother 🤍

Thank you to the most incredible home birth team @meaghan_snider_ @alreadywithinyoga for helping our little one land safely on earth, and to my love Pavan, the best daddy and my grounding force through it all

Thank you to everyone who has been sending loving energy and support our way, it means so much as we embark on this new chapter

Thank you Bodhi for choosing us as your parents and filling our lives with more meaning and bliss than we ever could have imagined

Of course our little Leo waited a week past his due date to begin his descent to earth at the peak of the lion’s gate portal (also the day after my 34th bday!)

Born at 2:34am on 08/09/2026 at 6.12lbs

A love that is captured in hundreds of micro actions each day

in the energy that moves through us and binds us together in an ever expanding and changing universe

in the moments of frustration (which I hear parenthood is bound to bring lol), love continues to move us into deeper understanding

loving you, @pavansethi_ , was pre written by my soul’s design, but choosing you as my husband and the father of our child was the best decision I ever made

look what our love has created 🥹

I always knew you would be the most incredible father, and now I can’t wait to see you step into the role of a lifetime

thank you for all the ways you love and take care of me and baby, we love you so much

Happy first Father’s Day 🤍 by @healeralexandra

My research on Reiki, brainwaves, and consciousness blows the materialist paradigm wide open.

For my master’s dissertation in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Transpersonal Psychology, I conducted a mixed-method study exploring what happens during a remote Reiki session.

Using @choosemuse EEG monitoring, the mystical experience questionnaire, blind energy readings, and phenomenological interviews, I examined the experiences of 17 participants.

The findings surprised even me!

✨ The average MEQ score was 69% with the majority of participants reaching the scientific threshold for a complete mystical experience.

🧠 EEG data revealed a significant global neural downshift, with brain activity becoming quieter across all frequency bands.

🔮 Participants also reported remarkably high levels of resonance with the blind energy reading.

The paradox at the heart of the findings: as the brain became quieter, participants reported richer experiences characterized by ego dissolution, timelessness, profound insight, emotional healing, and interconnectedness.

If consciousness is generated solely by the brain, how do we make sense of deeper subjective experience emerging alongside reduced neural activity?

It also opens up questions about how information may be passed through the biofield from recipient to practitioner.

The findings suggest that remote Reiki followed by intuitive energy reading may function as an altered-state induction and integration process.

I just submitted my dissertation and will be sharing the full research once it has been reviewed and officially published. For now, I’m excited to finally begin sharing this work with the world. ✨

From the vast universe
a light body descends
to the earthly realms
with a mission
to bring wisdom and love and unity
to learn and teach and listen
to experience the beautiful illusion
while remembering the truth of the whole
to play, run wild, and make mistakes
for the evolution journey of the soul
My prayer for you, my dear
fall in love with this human dance
climb mountains, swim through seas
let your relationship with earth be a romance
never forget you’re the light of the cosmos
infinite brilliance beyond expression
and you’re only here for a flash of time
so weave your magic in this dimension
Most of all little one
I hope you’ll always know
no matter how far and wide you roam
from this planet to the next
I’ll be your home to grow 🫶🏽 by @healeralexandra

Ready for all the blessings this chapter holds 🙏🏽 by @healeralexandra

I have been quiet during these times, observing how the collective is responding to all of this information coming to light. For many of us, these horrors do not come as a surprise. We have seen the collective dark night of the soul upon us, and it is now finally waking many souls. We have a unique window of opportunity to use this as a catalyst to create a more conscious, unified earth; what the mystics have long referred to as the New Earth.

However, this requires us to come together. There is a lot of noise in the spiritual community. People on one side say, “Your rage isn’t loud enough; you’re spiritually bypassing.” People on another side say, “Your anger creates more low-vibrational energy that spreads through collective consciousness.” The thing is, if we are pointing fingers at each other, we are already losing the battle.

Yes, you should feel and express your emotions, not numb or compartmentalize them. Anger is a sacred indicator that something isn’t working. And yes, you should not get trapped in your emotions and must engage in practices that bring you back into the vibration of love and light. Both of these actions are necessary parts of the equation.

This morning I sat with the Seraphim to seek their guidance, and they spoke to me in terms of energy work (a language I am fluent in). When I am removing negative or unwanted entities from someone’s field, the moment I feel fear or disdain toward the entity, I become vulnerable to absorbing it into my field. Like attracts like. The work requires me to call in many guides, ground into safety, and quite literally blast the entity with loving light. It is only then (with the consent of the person I am working on) that the entity can be removed.

We must treat this dark energy moving through the collective the same way. We mustn’t fear. We mustn’t stew in rage. We mustn’t create further division amongst ourselves. It is time to call on all the divine support available to us and come together in love. Your soul already knows what to do 🤍
