Mural by @healingwallsproject
🎨 Each HWP artist created a piece depicting a moment of change and adversity for the GOAT @muhammadali . We then collaged them together…. This mural just proves we are greater than the obstacles we face and greater together 💪🏽.

Take the leap and figure it out! 🎨… the question is did we learn how to chew this 24/12hour mural 😅🤣? by @healingwallsproject

And that’s public Art folks lol! Rain, Heat, Snow and Wind can’t stop won’t stop the art! We are still hopeful to meet our deadline in 16 hours 😅! Any words of encouragement would be helpful 🤣😩🤣 by @healingwallsproject

Yep a 24 hour Pickleball Mural! We have a little less than 24hrs to create a full mural so that the people attending the pickleball convention can come and play on it Saturday! The court lines are down and we are praying for NO RAIN… 🙏🏽😩😂 Lock in with us here or come and see me paint live… the countdown begins! by @healingwallsproject

Night at the museum with a little Black Girl Magic 💫 We decided to do a scavenger hunt with @optiontosuccessinc at @21clouisville and it turned into a history lesson and a reflection on identity. Daily grateful that @healingwallsproject has helped to guide young artists on their creative journey. Art challenges us and connects us. What are you engaging or creating this week?

Art HEALS! Y’all this week has been hard HARD lol. Like can’t get outta bed, “why am I here” hard! But a good sister said “do it scared”, “show up when it’s difficult”, “love when it’s hard”, “create when you’re uninspired”! Today was a true measurement of will and the ability to show up for myself and others. I am beyond thankful to create art for a living, to show up with one feeling and leave with another! Thankful to our community centers for opening the doors to creativity and safe space holding through art. To gift art and receive love 💕! How are you showing up for yourself today? by @healingwallsproject

@healingwallsproject HeArts Day at Portland Community Center! We had a fulfilling experience creating art and community.
At healing walls project we are not focused on the end product, or the skill or how pretty the art is. We are focused on the process and how the creation of the art makes you feel. Hanging out with friends, making new friends and discovering and rediscovering our love for art together. Please continue to support the arts in your community and remember the healing is in the process.
🎨 @healingwallsproject creates large scale public art, murals, art activations and engagement along with workshops and art classes.

Thanks to @fund4thearts, hearts program, @Louisvillemetroparks and Portland community center. by @healingwallsproject

Healing walls wants to know what's your favorite color? by @healingwallsproject

Been teaching art classes at the California Community Center with @healingwallsproject, and for our last few sessions, I gave the kids cameras and let them explore outside for an intuitive walk. Their creativity blew me away! Here are some of my favorite shots they captured. 📸 #HealingWallsProject #YouthCreativity #LouisvilleArts by @healingwallsproject

I told the girls we'd be having a photoshoot next week and they came ready to show out. Let's just say they had a blast with @kenyattabosmanart another successful Friday art class with @healingwallsproject by @healingwallsproject
