My morning started with Willow looking at me. He doesn’t normally do that so I figured he was interested in me this am for some reason. I was getting ready to meditate which I recently resumed after months off. Sunna was my meditation partner and it was too sad without her. Anyway, I’m really hoping Willow will be the successor to my lap! He’s come close a few times but never like this. Felt like a huge win! He was there for 2-3 minutes maybe, but I’ll take it! Cats are so weird and unpredictable but you have to love them for it! 😂🥰🙏🎉🥳 🐾 by @healthfulpaths

So often we’re looking for the grand signs but often it’s the little things that we miss if we’re not paying attention. In the waning days of my garden there is still so much magic. On this fall equinox I need to be reminded of this as the descent into darker days can be hard on me. Take the time friends. Take the time to just be and allow what is waiting to meet you, to meet you. Breathe into what you find without trying to change it if what you find there feels uncomfortable. So much of the suffering we experience comes from our resistance to what lies beneath. In this sacred day of balance take the time to pause, get still and quiet and see what wants to show up to be seen and felt. Balance for me is more serving to be thought of as a verb not a noun. We have moments of balance, like the earth, but more often we’re in the process and that’s ok! Let it be ok! Be gentle with yourself. That’s what I’m working on with my high school soccer team especially. What an important time to learn self love if there ever was one! @healthfulpaths #takethetime #noticethesmallthings #fallequinox #getstill by @healthfulpaths

Clouds were majorly stunning on the bay today! 🌈 effect activated! Barely a breeze and hardly any people. Perfect close to our summer days out there. Always sad when it comes to an end since it’s my happy place, bar none. Until next year! #merrymeetingbay @healthfulpaths by @healthfulpaths

This journey with astrology has been so gratifying! I love preparing someone’s chart and getting to put the puzzle pieces together of who they are. Since I’m a coach through and through, I offer suggestions of things to do to make the supportive shifts in their lives. It’s like a road map for your life based in science not woo, though I love woo, too! The readings take me 90-120 minutes to prep then there’s the 50-60 minute zoom session with the audio recording for you after. The cost is $125. That will go up in 2027 so now is the time to get on my calendar! Three spots each in September and October, and 2 in November. DM for more info and to schedule. 💫🥳🤩💃 🌕 🌞 @healthfulpaths #astrologer #lifemap #astrologicalcoaching #balsamicmoonastrologicalcoaching by @healthfulpaths

This sun flower is epic! He’s like 12 feet tall and has a presence hence the pronoun. 😂 I’m going to call him lion 🦁 for obvious reasons. He’s propped up so I’m praying he stays upright! Thrilled to have tall guys again that the deer 🦌 left alone this summer! Always a few bees up there at altitude. 🎉💃💫👏 🌻 @healthfulpaths #gardenwins #happyplace♥️ #noticenature by @healthfulpaths

Oh what a night! We were gifted tickets to the Indigo Girls and went with a group of great friends to see what is probably their last tour 😢. Emily’s decline was very evident but it was still a great show! Perfect, late summer evening. We had a super cozy spot by the water facing east that we could return to from our forays to the front. Such a friendly crowd that was full of the love of these women’s music 🎶 that has touched our hearts and souls for decades. Poignant for sure. Always cathartic to sing my heart 💜 out and especially with dear friends! A night to remember forever!! @healthfulpaths @theindigogirls._ #gratefulforthemusic #outdoorconcerts❤️ #vanfulloffriends #happysoul❤️ by @healthfulpaths

Celebrating this guy’s birthday today with so much gratitude! For my high strung soul he is an oasis of calm. Marriage is no joke. After 24 years it takes continually finding our way back to each other, and boy can we drift! The reality of our deep connection is so clear when we take the time. That’s the key to a lot of things in life, taking the time. This summer has been challenging due to Walter losing his job yet again, as a result of budget cuts, yet again. We’re awaiting good news at present and welcome you all holding that vision with us! Like everything, he’s handled this journey with grace and trust. The yin to my yang indeed! Here for the ride with this man. I love you @wgregg70! Celebrating the wonderful man that you are today and beyond. My partner in adventure, expansion and play till the end! 💜🥳🎶🤩💫👏🥰😘❤️🎈🎂🤞 by @healthfulpaths

We stayed at the Ark awhile back. It’s a beautiful property! Found some fat raspberries that were delicious. Perfect spot to end a great day!! Hiked Caterpillar Hill this am. It’s filled with low bush blueberries 🫐. Lovely trail in the woods too with loamy ground and wonderful, earthy smells. Finished with a cool off in Walker Pond down below the hike. Such a great, few day reset!! #grateful #makethetime #takethetime #exploreyourbackyard @healthfulpaths by @healthfulpaths

A water 💧 filled day yesterday! Started at Sand Beach 🏖️ where we saw pen fish, which are in the seahorse family! We rented a double kayak for the afternoon to paddle out to a couple of islands, one with a granite quarry that we had to ourselves with lots of minnows that I could conduct with my finger 😂 (see video). First we had to paddle around the lobster 🦞 boat races, a Maine tradition up and down the coast. We had near perfect conditions for our paddle, meaning I barely had to paddle into the wind, one of my least favorite activities 🤪. After we grabbed yummy takeout and headed back to Sand Beach for dinner. Ended up at the Ark Inn for a drink and sunset. 🌅 Next post. #mainegetaway #summerinmaine #favoriteseason☀️ @healthfulpaths by @healthfulpaths

Part of our anniversary getaway up on Deer 🦌 Isle. Such a special place! The vibe reminds me of Olympia,WA where I went to college. It’s our third trip here and I fall in love more each time. The birds are really great around here so that makes me very happy. Good iced lattes, yummy food especially @barncastle_bluehill! Had the bonus concert 🎶 there, too, and got to dance 💃🥳. Kayaked off Stonington to a couple of islands today. Had to navigate around the lobster 🦞 boat races. #mainelife Perfect weather 🌞!! Salty and sated and looking forward to the next time! #summeranniversaries #sacredgetaways #reset @healthfulpaths by @healthfulpaths

Last night’s Mumford and Sons show was 🔥!! So fun to sing my heart ♥️ out alongside Racey! I haven’t been to a show I’ve enjoyed that much in a few years. Perfect evening with the moon 🌙 setting in my favorite phase, with Jupiter and Venus nearby. Grateful to share that experience with my family! Super late night. Walter was a trooper as he got up a few hours after we got home to go to work. Let the summer fun 🤩 begin!! Lots of music 🎶 on the books after a light season year. Wasn’t going to let that happen again as music feeds my soul! 🥳💫🙌🥳🙏🤘🎸 #livemusic #familytime❤️ #soulfood #joyseeker @healthfulpaths by @healthfulpaths
