This is what real jam should look like 🫐🍓 Whole blueberries, clean ingredients only, and the perfect match for protein waffles✨ So grateful to @podopure_official for making clean, real food like this 🧡 Healthy Protein Oat Waffles🧇 (Makes 2–3 waffles) Ingredients • 1 large egg • 3 tbsp yogurt • 3 tbsp milk (or oat milk) • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil • 1 cup oat flour • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (~30 g) • 1 tsp baking powder • Pinch of salt • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional) ⸻ Instructions 1. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, yogurt, milk, and melted coconut oil until smooth. 2. In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon (if using). 3. Pour the dry ingredients over the wet ingredients and gently mix until just combined. 4. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes to allow the oat flour to absorb the liquid. 5. Preheat and lightly grease the waffle maker. 6. Pour in the batter, close the lid, and cook until golden and fluffy. To Serve🍽️ Layer the waffles with blueberry jam between the layers and finish with a dollop of matcha butter on top ✨🫐 Enjoy!💌 follow for more @healthymomplates 🤍 #waffles #healthyfoods #breakfast #healthylifestyle #podopure by @healthymomplates

A little love, in a little bowl… 💕 Potato Leek Soup Ingredients (serves 2-3): • 2 medium leeks, cleaned and sliced (~2 cups) • 1 medium potato, peeled and chopped (~1 cup) • 1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped (~1/2 cup) • 2 cups water or vegetable broth • 2 tablespoons coconut milk (or any milk you prefer) • 1 tablespoon butter • Salt and black pepper, to taste Instructions: 1. In a medium pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the leeks, potato, and carrot, and sauté for 2-3 minutes. 2. Add the water or vegetable broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the vegetables are soft (about 15-20 minutes). 3. Use an immersion blender (or regular blender in batches) to puree the soup until smooth. 4. Stir in the coconut milk and season with salt and pepper. Heat gently for 2-3 minutes more. 5. For a Valentine’s touch: whisk a little coconut milk to make it frothy, then spoon small dots on top of the soup. Drag a toothpick through each dot to create cute heart shapes! 💕 and crispy onions. 6. Serve warm and enjoy! 🥣💖 . . #valentinesday #valentinesdinner #soup #vegatarian #viralreels by @healthymomplates
