Deep gratitude to @baliansprings for having me guide a beautiful floating sound bath meditation. It was one of my favorite places I’ve held space at.

(Side note it was heated too 🥹♨️)

Such a vibe 🤩

It was a pleasure to bring the meditation in with a fresh cup of plant medicine to relax the body and send the mind into bliss.

It’s time for all of us to get out of your head and back into your heart ❤️‍🔥 big thanks to Steph x Jenn for divinely putting everything together and s/o to every soul that was apart of this magical experience ✨

We are all HEALING

We are all on a journey back home,
To our Truth,
A deep remembrance,
Through connecting to our breath and our body,

We are the Warriors,
Facing off with our pain,
And confronting our shadows,
Through illumination,
And love.

We are ready to live from our heart space in connection with the divine!

Thank you to everyone on this path and doing the inner work,
We are changing the world.

Merely by changing ourselves.
One soul at a time.

Deeply honoured to hold and serve you all in this way,
To love,
To laugh,
To guide,
To connect,
To remember,
Our deepest Truth.

Always amazing to witness and receive the depth, release, activations and power that community + sound can take people to.

Breathe out the stress of the day and let your heart feel lighter with every hour of sleep.

You are safe, you did enough.

Give yourself permission to fully let go 🍂 by @heartohealwellness

Some experiences aren’t meant to entertain you. They’re meant to bring you back to yourself.

This New Moon, we’re creating a warm, intimate space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the heart. 🤎

We’ll begin with ceremonial cacao, followed by gentle stretching and yoga, guided breathwork and meditation, all accompanied by the healing vibrations of sound.

No pressure. No performance. Just a room full of people giving themselves permission to breathe a little deeper and receive.

At Hear To Heal Wellness, so much of our work comes back to the heart — creating space for heart coherence, a calmer nervous system, deeper connection, and intentional living.

And with the New Moon representing a fresh beginning, it’s the perfect time to release what’s been heavy and plant new intentions for what comes next.

Somewhere between the rushing water and the stillness, you remember you don’t have to carry everything.

Breathe deep. Let go. Come back to yourself. 🌿

You don’t always need another dinner, another drink, or another night out.

Sometimes you need somewhere to slow down together.

To breathe.
To reconnect.
To be still long enough to actually feel each other again.

That’s what this experience is about.

4 years ago today, we brought one of our first floating sound bath experiences to @baliansprings.

Water beneath you. Sound moving through the space. Breath slowing down. Everything getting quiet enough for you to actually receive.

Still one of my favorite experiences we’ve created.

We’ve been thinking about bringing it back.

If you’d be there for the next one, comment a 🌊 below.

Stay a while.

Long enough to hear the water.
Long enough to feel your breath slow down.
Long enough to remember you don’t have to rush everything.

Nature has a way of bringing you back to yourself. 🌿 by @heartohealwellness

We hit 22.2K today.

Y’all have given so much love to this journey — the bookings, the shares, the messages, the trust. I don’t take any of it lightly.

So I wanted to give something back.

We’re opening 3 of our 90-minute Nature Spa Experiences for $222 — normally $333.

That’s $111 off for the first 3 people who claim it.

Offer closes Sunday, November 1 at 11:59 PM or as soon as all 3 are gone.

Comment “222” and we’ll send you the details.

Just a little love back to the community that keeps pouring into us. 🤎🌿
