Another @thefusionprogram done (3 programs down for me!). Even though this one was only 3 days, it gave me the opportunity to explore a different range of motions, make the movements truly my own, and work on my expressions since I already had the basic steps down.

We should never underestimate the power of going back to the basics!

I had so much fun with this class. For the first time in a while, I wasn’t putting pressure on myself - I was just being me and celebrating the progress I’ve made.

Huge thanks to the amazing support everyone gives each other in class, and most of all, thank you @melanyrivera23 and @billygrimaldimilla for your incredible teaching skills! 💃✨

Reunited on the dance floor! 🎶✨
We worked together 10 years ago and stayed in touch, but life kept getting in the way of hanging out. Fast forward to walking into dance class and running right into her!
Such a wonderful surprise.

2 out 3 classes already and it’s flying by, but I’m so glad we got to share this passion together. Definitely need to make this a habit! 🙌💃

Introduced him to Pilates a few days back and he crushed it!

First time working out together, but certainly not the last.

Better late than never with the post! ✨ 💪 💙🩷

He’s the dark roast to my sprinkles, the perfect blend to my sweet mix, and the literal coffee to my donut! ☕️🍩💕

I love him a latte, and I donut know what I’d do without him! We definitely brought the sugar rush to the Bikes ‘n Coffee Halloween meet today. 🏍️💨

Joyeux anniversaire à ma magnifique nièce! 🎂✨

Double trouble today! 💥 Took back-to-back Pilates classes and my body is feeling every single pulse.

Tried taking a photo after, but the post-workout shakes said absolutely not. 😂📱

Heading straight into full recovery mode now. 🍵✨

It’s only been 6 days, but why does it feel like a lifetime?! 😅 So good to be back on the reformer. Upgraded to 8 classes a month because the physical and mental gains have been real—and we are just getting started. Ready to level up! 🔥 ✨ @sunsetpilatescanada @sunsetgripsocks #ReformerPilates #LevelUp #MindBodyConnection #MovementIsMedicine #consistency by @heelsonwheels71

End of season with @bikesncoffeeyvr 🏍️💨

Sadly not many photos to capture all the amazing meets with friends made in the last 2 years.

Crossing paths with my man mid-season made this whole riding season the absolute best one yet. @midnite_apex 💙🩷

Huge thanks to @pacificmotosports at @ducatirichmond for getting me all fitted and dialed in for track school next season! Can’t wait. 🏁🔥

Bon 15e anniversaire à ma magnifique nièce, @max_frnn ! ✨

Touchdown, handle business, fly out - and squeeze in as much love as humanly possible in between! 🏙️✨

This trip to Toronto, Montreal and Quebec was a total blur, but my heart is so full. Blessed beyond measure that I got to catch up with my day-one bestie of 40+ years, plus a few other favorite faces (swipe for the photo dump!).

Apologies to everyone I didn’t get a chance to announce my visit to or see this round... sometimes that’s just how quick business trips go!

Next time.🤞🏼🥂
