I pray that everyone could experience the liberation of their voice.

I wish all of humanity could free those parts of themselves that were suppressed in childhood.

How many of us heard things like: "You can't sing,"
"You don't have a nice voice," "Don't scream,"
"Be quiet,"
"You'll never be a singer,"
"You're embarrassing,"
"Stop showing off,"
"You're too much," and so on?

We buried these parts of ourselves—our gifts—deep within and locked them away.
We stopped singing. We stopped speaking our truth. We stopped being authentic.

And I am yet to meet a person whos voice is not healing..

With love ❤️❤️
Suntara, Helena and 16 brave souls with newly - found, liberated, healing voices.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

PS: What did you hear as a child about your voice and about the way you express yourself?

❤️❤️❤️❤️💫💫💫💫💫❤️❤️❤️❤️

Prala bych si, aby si kazdy mohl projit osvobozenim sveho hlasu.
Prala bych si, aby kazdy mohl osvobodit kousky sebe, ktere byly v detstvi potlaceny.
Kolik z nas slyselo vety typu: neumis zpivat, nemas hezky hlas, nervi, bud zticha, z toho zpevak nebude, js trapna, nepredvadej se, jses moc, atd..

Tyhle kousky sebe, sve dary, jsme ulozili hluboko do sebe a zamkli.
Prestali zpivat. Prestali rikat svoji pravdu. Prestali byt autenticti.

Nas hlas je medicina, je to jeden z nejlecivejsich nastroju, ktery nam byl dan.
Jeste jsem nepotkala cloveka, ktery nema lecivy hlas.

Posilame vsem lasku ❤️❤️❤️

Suntara, Helena a 16 odvaznych dusi s nadhernym, nove-nalezenym, lecivym hlasem❤️

Ps: Co jste v detstvi slysely o svem hlasu nebo o tom, jak se vyjadrujete? by @helenahoudova
