Well done to Eddie Mcginty and Louise for organising this protest against the greedy council for coming into our small businesses and doubling our rent. We have had no choice but to close mine Levi Rogers Jodi Grace businesses in west Drayton rather than lining these greedy no good wa***rs pockets!! We stand together as a community. You can’t beat us!!!!

Myself Jodi and Levi have a new location locally highlight by @helenbell75

I’ve been contemplating for months weather to share this post. Deep breath…….

I’ve had so many people asking about my weight loss. The truth is the Hels on the left had lost herself and was suffering with anxiety and depression. This being mainly due hormonal changes going into perimenopause. Also at this time we had lost a lot of family members due to illness and also a very close friend due to mental health. My mum was also battling lung cancer. I wasn’t happy with myself at all and looking at this photo on the left makes me realise how far I have come today 💪. The photo on the right is me making a comeback, I was turning 50 and wanted to turn my life around. I wanted to get mentally and physically fit again. I started with a certain weight loss pen to shift some weight which then enabled me to train harder and better as I wasn’t carrying them extra pounds. I’m at target weight now and haven’t been this healthy or this size since my 20s. I’m consistent with my training 4/5 sessions a week and walk daily. My total loss is 6 stone which I’m over the moon with 😊 by @helenbell75
