It had been a few weeks after… all of the commotion in hell — just like some, lucifer was in his room, the door shut and locked as he laid on the top of bed, legs pulled up. It was.. embarrassing to still be in this weakened state.. despite it being a few weeks he still felt the ‘ bad tingles ‘ Thanks to that machine. Leaving him with jerking movements of his head or other body parts.
.
He was.. rather annoyed with how it played out — well he was glad no one died— that he cared about anyway.... and now the relationship with heaven and hell was improving— thanks to.. Charlie and everyone’s efforts, not much of his own.
.
He sighed, forcing himself to sit up as his eyes flickered over to the large standing mirror in the room, he slid off the bed, his eyes on the Wounds on his chest, the white flesh bruised with a yellow undertone.
.
The angel stood silent, his eyes traveling down his bare frame, his eyes lingering on the imperfections to which he tore his gaze away, back to the mirror while he poked the bruise once to hiss.
.

.
He thought.
.
Over the following days , lucifer continued to recover. On this day he was in the hotel’s lobby, surrounded by reporters, bombarding him with questions since the incident. The king blinked, hands clutching his staff tightly in concealed nervousness.
