A little milestone worth celebrating! My entrepreneurial journey and the vision behind UnlockYou Consulting Ltd are now in The Guardian Nigeria @guardiannigeria! From studying Computer Science in Ghana to working as a Software Engineer at Goldman Sachs in London, and now building a UK-based consulting firm, this journey has been one of faith, courage, resilience and continuous learning. Through UnlockYou Consulting, we help businesses embrace AI, automation and digital solutions while equipping professionals with the communication and leadership skills to thrive. I am grateful to God for the journey so far and to everyone who continues to believe in and support this vision. We are just getting started! Read the full article via the link in my bio. A little reintroduction 👋🏾✨ I have connected with quite a few new people here over the past few months, so I thought it was time to properly introduce myself again. Hi, I’m Hephzibah Emereole, also known as Coach Zee. If I had to describe myself in three words: Technologist. Communicator. Builder. My journey has taken me from Nigeria to Ghana, where I studied Computer Science at Ashesi University, and then to London, where I worked as a Software Engineer at Goldman Sachs. Along the way, I found another part of myself through communication and leadership. For over eight years, I have spoken, taught, coached and led across different countries and communities. I have also served in several leadership roles with Toastmasters International and was recognised as a Distinguished Area Director. Today, I am bringing these worlds together: Technology × Communication × Leadership. I am building UnlockYou Consulting Ltd, working across technology consulting, executive communication and corporate training, while continuing to deepen my work in AI ethics, governance and responsible technology. Beyond work, I am an author, podcast host, speaker, international MC and social impact founder. Different experiences, but one common thread: building people, ideas and solutions that create meaningful impact. So, if you are new here, you are welcome! 💖💕 by @hephzeebarh
BOOK REFLECTION SERIES | PART 3 Writing a book is one thing. Turning your manuscript into a published book is another journey entirely. When I worked on my first book, *Resilience: The Journey from Struggle to Purpose*, I began to realise how much thought and planning publishing takes. From choosing a book cover that communicates the message of the book to understanding ISBNs, formatting, and the other details that come with publishing, there was so much to learn. And these are things you may not necessarily think about when you first decide to write a book. One lesson I have learned is that writing deserves creativity, but publishing requires intentional planning too. In Part 3 of my Book Reflection Series, I share some of these considerations and lessons from my journey. If you are thinking about writing a book someday, I hope this gives you a few things to consider before you begin. Have you ever thought about what goes into publishing a book beyond writing the manuscript? #BookReflectionSeries #AuthorJourney #Resilience #BookPublishing #WritingJourney by @hephzeebarh
Never underestimate your journey. Sometimes, the experiences that make the least sense while we are going through them become the very stories that encourage someone else. I was reminded of this over the weekend when I unexpectedly shared part of my personal journey at a Toastmasters speech contest in Abingdon, Oxford, where I served as Contest Chair. I spoke about life’s unexpected twists and turns, finding the courage to keep going and learning to count our blessings. It turned out to be one of the highlights of my weekend. What a full weekend it was! From co-facilitating a storytelling and communication workshop at SEO London on Friday to travelling to Oxford on Saturday and returning to conclude our 3-day Communication Bootcamp at UnlockYou Academy. I am grateful to God for strength, grace and the opportunity to positively impact lives. A little reminder: Your journey may not make sense today, but one day, looking back, you may discover how much purpose was hidden in the process. Keep going. Your story could become someone else’s source of hope. We grow higher! #Resilience #Storytelling #Communication #Toastmasters #UnlockYouAcademy by @hephzeebarh
YOUR VOICE, YOUR POWER! On Friday, I had the pleasure of co-facilitating an engaging storytelling and communication workshop alongside @happy.ativie at the @seo_ldn London office. We spent time with an incredible group of young SEO participants, exploring how to tell compelling stories, communicate with confidence and use their voices effectively in different areas of life. As a communication coach, former Toastmasters Area Director and Founder of UnlockYou Academy, one of the most fulfilling parts of my work is witnessing the transformation that happens when people discover the power of their voices. And Friday was no exception! From the interactive activities to the conversations and incredible feedback afterwards, it was a joy to see participants recognise how they could apply these skills to their personal and professional lives. I left the session excited, inspired and deeply fulfilled! A huge thank you to SEO London for the opportunity, to Happiness for co-facilitating with me, and to every participant who showed up ready to learn, share and grow. To all our participants, I wish you an incredible journey as you continue developing your voices and becoming more confident communicators. One nugget to remember: Great storytelling is not about how much you say, but how effectively you connect your message to your audience. Keep practising, keep sharing your stories and never underestimate the power of your voice! #CommunicationSkills #Storytelling #YouthDevelopment #UnlockYouAcademy #SEOLondon by @hephzeebarh

BOOK REFLECTION SERIES | PART 2 Writing a book takes more than inspiration. It takes discipline, accountability and intentionality. One of the best decisions I made during my writing journey was working with a book editor who helped me stay focused and accountable. I also had to become intentional about my time, blocking out hours during the weekends to sit down and write, even when I did not feel like it. One lesson I learned? You do not always need more time. Sometimes, you need more structure. If writing a book is one of your goals, start creating room for it in your schedule. What helps you stay accountable when working towards a big goal? #BookReflectionSeries #AuthorJourney #WritingJourney #WritingABook #LessonsLearned by @hephzeebarh
