One of my favourite Thai street snacks to make. 🇹🇭🥞
Chocolate inside, condensed milk on top… simple but so good.
Every time I make Thai roti, it reminds me of walking through the night markets in Thailand. ❤️

First time on a Grab bike in Thailand… nobody warned me the passenger’s job was apparently to hold on and trust the process 😂🇹🇭

Thailand really has a way of making you question every decision you’ve ever made. 🏍️💀

My number one recommendation for experiencing Thailand 🇹🇭

Don’t just visit the places. Get to know the people.

Spend time with locals, share meals, have conversations, go where they go and let them show you a side of Thailand you’d never find in a guidebook.

Some of my favourite memories in Thailand have come from the people I’ve met along the way. ❤️🇹🇭
