September is Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Month and it's also the beginning of a new season, which means… it’s time to save the date for our Annual H&NP Gratitude Lunch! 🍂

We’re looking forward to another opportunity for our community to gather over a catered lunch and enjoy an afternoon centered on connection, fellowship, and gratitude.

Cowboys, purple wigs, and pumpkin prints: the Halloween spirit showed up at Bowlero South this past weekend! 🎳

Ian’s story is coming to the big screen in Seattle TOMORROW!

Good Moment follows H&NP board member Ian Mackay’s attempt to break the world record for distance traveled in 24 hours using a mouth-controlled power wheelchair. Along the way, the documentary offers a closer look at his life, his community, and his connection to the natural world.

Calling all high quads! One of H&NP co-founders (affectionately called the "Quadfather"), Todd Stabelfeldt, is hosting a new monthly meeting for people with high spinal cord injuries (C4 and above) and similar mobility disabilities.

If you navigate the world primarily using head, face, sip-and-puff, or other non-hand controls, join fellow high quads to compare notes, ask questions, and share experiences:

The H&NP Partner & Spouse group made it off zoom and into the Pumpkin Patch earlier today. They got lost in the three mile long corn maze, went through the sunflowers and even got some pumpkins to take home. by @hereandnowproject

Flashback Friday to last weekend in Wenatchee! ☀️ Great company, a gorgeous Saturday, and plenty of cycles to try.

We hosted a Meet and Greet alongside the Adaptive Cycling Event with @outdoorsforall and @confluencehealth . A small but meaningful gathering, and we’re glad we got to spend the afternoon together.
