(1-10) My shooting advice for Venice: get up early to catch sunrise - but don't forget the evenings and nighttime. What's your Favorite shooting time? Day or night? Enjoy your weekend. D #venice #gondola #grandcanal #nightshots #cinematic by @herrdupps
Last Days of Summer. The final episode is here! 📸🎞️ 👉 In this final chapter, the shutter of an analogue Hasselblad echoes across the Swedish island of Fårö. Feel free to share this years debut by Monsieur D❤️ Most of it was shot among the ancient rauks of Langhammars, where stone, wind and silence seem to belong to another time. 🕰️ film was made entirely with static shots. No camera movement. Just time passing, light changing, and ordinary things being allowed to remain ordinary. A small attempt to make stillness visible - embracing the healthy emptiness of a summer vacation. 📸: @hasselblad 🎞️: @kodak Portra 400 (thanks to @lifeof_sts ) #Fårö #Gotland #Shortfilm #Filmmaking #hasselblad by @herrdupps
Believe it or not! Just found these delicious frames. Taken on analog film in Venice earlier this year. Sometimes we're all little bit too busy - as you see on the first snippet 😬🫠 👉Anyway here is my advice: 🤌 Shooting Venice at sunset? Go Riva degli Schiavoni. Easy to find. Hard to beat. Save it and thank me later / don't forget to share the results with me 😀 📸 Rolleilflex 2.8 & Minolta X-700 🎞️ Kodak Ektar 100 and Kodak E100 slidefilm Dev & Scan: @urbanfilmlab #venice #sanmarco #filmphotography #madewithkodak #traveleurope by @herrdupps

Last Days of Summer. Chapter II of this years debut by Monsieur D. Feel free to share and support! ❤️ The film was made entirely with static shots. No camera movement. Just time passing, light changing, and ordinary things being allowed to remain ordinary. A small attempt to make stillness visible - embracing the healthy emptiness of a summer vacation. Filmed on Fårö in August 2026, the tiny neighbouring island of Gotland. A little sister, perhaps, but with a character entirely its own: the air, the light, the sheep, and, of course, the rauks by the sea. Last and final Chapter lII will arrive soon. FRAME 1: ROAD BY THE SEA. AFTERNOON. The wind is stronger now. SHE We should have taken the other road. HE There was another road? She looks at him. He folds the map. SHE You said you knew the way. HE I said I thought I knew. They stand there for a a while. Only seagulls and silence CUT / FRAME 2 Scenes from "Monsieur D and the road to nowhere", taken in August 26 on Fårö / Ingmar Bergmans Island Rolleilfex 2.8 E / selftimer/ Kodak Portra 160 Hasselblad 500 C/M / Portra 400 (thanks to @lifeof_sts ) Dev & scan @urbanfilmlab #filmphotograph #moviescene #europeancinema #gotland #setting by @herrdupps
(1-5) Who else wants to listen to this old 90s song while swiping through some daily life 35mm frames taken the last few weeks? Or is there a better? 📸 Minolta x-700 with 28mm 2.0 (which became my favorite lense) 🎞️ Santa 100 (measured around 150 iso!) and jolly Ektar 💯 (this time only on one single frame) #35mmcamera #swedenshots #minoltagang #drawthis #analogvibes by @herrdupps
