POSTS STORIES REELS

A struggling comedian forces herself onto the lineup of New York’s most coveted comedy showcase, using the fallout of a nuclear missile alert to her advantage.

"The personal journey for the characters in the room is grounded and realistic – this is how people would really behave if this insane thing were to happen. To honor that balance, I tried to make sure the humor wasn’t this sort of post-irony crutch that could pull us back from our earnest feelings"

At the risk of getting sappy on main, I love what I do. I love acting, I love working with other artists, I love playing annoying white women with redemption arches.

I got to do all of that for 4 seasons thanks to the universe that is @sistasonbet. PAIGE was…a lot, but she was always written with care, intelligence, and humor. Thank you, thank you, thank you for trusting me with her. 🩷 Please consider PAIGE this considering season!

Oh! And please enjoy this photo of me getting ready in my dressing room. An actress prepares! by @heyitsmeallib
