POSTS STORIES REELS

I prayed for years to be more consistent. If you are able to get up and get to it, I encourage you to do so. Like in this first photo, the funny thing was I was very tired after a long day and didn’t know if I had much to offer this event (unpaid). To make a long story short, I found myself in a position to impact more people than I expected. Shout out @woida1jm and the Saginaw Township

Next photo took a 90 minute drive to listen to @earnyourleisure and I personally handed them my book, even though there’s no guarantee than anything will come of it.

Last few photos I showed up to another event through @cmu.health (volunteer ) but gave it my all and was able to even sell a fair amount of books and thus impacted more lives.

and we have class again tonight, and it’s community based donation and I don’t know how many people will show up, but I know that I will be there.

All in all, I’m remembering right now that I am the person that I prayed to be 🙏🏾🫡 by @heyquazzy

The power of writing things down , you can swipe ➡️ to see. We had an amazing program yesterday and things don’t just turn out well “just because”. He requires some planning, he requires writing things down. It requires prayer and belief that things will work.

When you do those things, then you get the gift “luck”. Luck doesn’t happen by doing nothing, it’s a byproduct of putting yourself in the position to be successful so that lucky things can happen.

Many things in my life, really most things in my life go better than I could’ve ever planned. God fills in the gaps of my imagination and puts in them real tangible assets that help the people.

I couldn’t take credit for all the good things in life, even if I wanted to because I’m aware that they are coming from the request I made to something greater than myself🙏🏾. I’m so glad people have spoken about having been touched moved and inspired by the work I have been able to be a part of all October long. by @heyquazzy

If you can hear yourself thinking... who's listening? 👁️
shout out to my man @nickhook ⚡️The beautiful thing about life is you never know where it’s gonna lead you. The story of how we met in itself pretty amazing, but what started as an attempt to send me some music files turned into discovering one of the most influential meditations of my life.

Peace @sleepdrchris what’s goin on with this ? lol I wake up between 3 and 4 AM every single day no matter how much sleep I get. Often times it’s a few times in the middle of the night as well. My dreams are usually very vivid and slightly haunting in a way. I’m not going to bed eating heavy nor do I feel particularly stressed about anything. I think I’m either blessed👁️ or something be talking to me in my sleep 🥴either way I’m 🥱 by @heyquazzy

One of my biggest flexes outside of showing up for my kid under all circumstances is that I took a practice that was heavily stigmatized, both in gender and cultural background, and made it a lifestyle. I really do this yoga practice! Not for the names or labels or to be different, but because it's really in me. And caring what other people think (in that way) is at the very bottom of my concerns. We do what we want, man. It just so happens that our interests are aligned with doing what we feel is best for humanity. Through GOD, all things are possible. And I walk what I talk, and I don't switch up or deviate. Full podcast is up. Go ahead, give us some support in this craft of ours. We're going to be cooking up for whoever comes to the table. by @heyquazzy

🎬 EPISODE 3 SNEAK PEEK

Children are always watching, learning, and absorbing more than we sometimes realize. 💯

Fatherhood reminds us that our influence extends well beyond our own households. Every interaction is an opportunity to model character, accountability, compassion, and intentional leadership.

Some of life’s greatest lessons aren’t taught. They’re caught. 🎯

The village still matters, and so does the example we set within it. 🖖🏽

🎙️ Episode 3 is on the way! Stay tuned. 👀
