Running a brand is 10% creating and 90% reading messages twice to make sure I read them right. Founders, you know the feeling. Comment your favourite. Or share something that made you say “wait, what?” #founder #customer #founderlife #beautybrand #business by @heyyshiri
It’s been an interesting 2 weeks…🙊 #founder #beauty #fragrance #founderlife #dubai🇦🇪 by @heyyshiri
I have a love-hate relationship with the word collaboration. 😂 Especially when it starts with “We LOVE your brand!” and ends with “Can you send us products for our goodie bags?” Don’t get me wrong. I love what community events are doing, and I genuinely think there’s so much potential for small brands and communities to grow together. But lately, I’ve been wondering whether we’ve started confusing collaborations with free gifting. As a small founder, it’s tricky. You want the visibility. You want people to discover your brand. You want to support other businesses. But you also have to think about whether these opportunities are actually helping you build something sustainable. And sometimes, a couple of Instagram stories just don’t feel like a meaningful exchange. I’m not against gifting. I’m all for collaborations that make sense. I just think we could be a little more creative about how brands and communities work together. Fellow founders, have you found a way to make these partnerships genuinely worthwhile? Because I’m still figuring it out. 👀 #founder #founderlife #brandcollaboration #collab #brand by @heyyshiri
Smell like you’ve got it together, even when you don’t ✨ That’s the whole idea behind our hair perfume. A quick spritz, a good scent that follows you around, and zero fuss. I’m the founder, so I’m biased, but I made this for the days I want to feel good with almost no effort. Ready to grab yours? Tap the link in bio 🫶🏼 Not sure which scent is you? Start with our discovery set. Try them all, find your favourite, then go full size 💜 . . . . #hair #fragrance #perfume #smellgood #dubai (Hair mist, hair perfume, alcohol free, haircare, long lasting, addictive beauty, on the go, pocket beauty, smell good feel good, perfume collection) by @heyyshiri

The best part about the very unglamorous process of making a product? This part. 🥲 Finally getting to hold what you’ve been working on (and waiting on) for over a year. Launching T-7 #founder #product #beauty #dubai #entrepreneurlife by @heyyshiri
Little BTS 👀 from @myshabeautyco SunBop Sunstick campaign shoot ☀️ This was my first time organizing a shoot from start to finish—> mood board, shot list, coordinating everything and then figuring out shoot-day direction in real time 😅 Definitely learned a lot about what works, what doesn’t, and what I’d do differently next time. And of course, it takes a village. Very grateful for EVERYONE who helped, gave their input, stepped in when needed and made the day come together. 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 Lots to learn, but really glad I got to do this one. 🌟 On to the next ⏭️ #founder #campaign #beautyshoot #dubai@#startup (Founder, founder things, campaign shoot, sunscreen stick, start up, bts, entrepreneur) by @heyyshiri

Buying perfume online is basically like online dating. 🙊 The photos look great. 💯
The description sounds promising. 💯
The chemistry... ...you won’t know until you meet. 😂 That’s why we made Discovery Sets. 👀 Try all three or six before committing to a full-size bottle. 🥳 And because good decisions deserve a reward, every Discovery Set comes with a 25% off voucher towards your favourite full-size fragrance when it launches. 🚀🌟 No pressure. No regret. Just better perfume decisions. 😍 💬 Tell us... what’s your biggest blind-buy fail? 🫣 . . . #perfume #fragrance #perfumelover #dubai #discover (New product, scent, discovery box, addictive, long lasting, alcohol free, on the go, busy lives, post gym, odor, beauty, fragrance, skincare, haircare, perfume, summer vibes, summer, Dubai, small business, smell good, look good, feel good) by @heyyshiri
Finding the perfect song. Reapplying my lipstick. Fixing the same piece of hair for the fifth time. But SPF? Suddenly, I have no time. 🙊👀 Turns out, time wasn’t the problem. I just needed an easier SPF. 🌟 SunBop. Lives in my bag. Makes application and reapplications sooo easy. 🕛 #sunscreen #spf #spfprotection #dubai #heat (Sunscreen, founder, founder life, beauty brand, on the go, hot takes, spf 50, spf everyday, spf protection, made in Korea, spf stick, sunscreen stick, clean, vegan, skincare, on the go, lifestyle ,self care. Is it even a job if half of it is smelling things and having strong opinions about them?
