🖤And just like that, we’ve come full circle. 🥹💛 At the end of their very first band camp, our new marchers sit together in a circle, surrounded by the rest of the Band of Gold as they play the Alma Mater. And at their very last marching rehearsal as seniors, they find themselves right back in that circle, surrounded by their band family one more time. And now, our Class of 2026 seniors have come full circle. 🥹 Some traditions just hit a little harder. And speaking of emotions… our staff showed up dressed as the Inside Out emotions for our Halloween rehearsal, which feels pretty fitting for this time of year! 😂🎃 Can you guess who’s who? 👀 A little laughter, a few teary eyes and a whole lot of memories from our final rehearsal of the 2026 marching season. 🖤💛 #HHSBandOfGold #FullCircle #Seniors2026 #MarchingBand #BandFamily by @hhsbandofgold

And just like that, the curtain closes on The Midnight Veil. 🕛 Saturday, our Band of Gold took the field at Bands of America for one final performance of our 2026 marching show! What an incredible season it’s been! From long rehearsals and late nights to unforgettable performances and memories that will last a lifetime, these kids have given it their all every step of the way. We couldn’t be prouder of their hard work, dedication, and everything they’ve accomplished together. One last competition. One final performance of The Midnight Veil. One incredible season. Thank you for the memories, Band of Gold! 🖤💛 But don’t worry, we’re not quite done making and sharing memories yet! 😉 #HHSBandOfGold #BOA2026 #MarchingBand #BandFamily #bandtober by @hhsbandofgold
🎃👻 One last rehearsal, but make it Halloween! 🖤💛 Friday night was our FINAL rehearsal of the 2026 marching season, and we decided to have a little fun with it! Our Band of Gold students showed up in costume, bringing plenty of laughs and Halloween spirit! But don’t worry, we still put in the work to get ready for our final competition of the season, Bands of America at Tennessee Tech! A little spooky, a lot of fun, and one last night of making memories together! 🖤💛 #HHSBandOfGold #Bandtober #MarchingBand #BOA2026 #BandTok by @hhsbandofgold
🏆 44 YEARS IN THE MAKING!! 🖤💛 What a day for the HHS Band of Gold! At the 2026 Contest of Champions, our Band of Gold took 1st PLACE IN OUR CLASS and earned the opportunity to perform in the Finals Exhibition! This marked the first time HHS has performed in the COC Finals since 1982!! An unforgettable day. An incredible group of students. A moment in Band of Gold history we’ll never forget. We can’t forget about all the fun from last week’s home game! We kicked things off with Trunk-or-Treat promoting of Butts & Birds Fundraiser (🔗 in profile), followed by Alumni Night! Dr. Phillips returned to lead the band in the National Anthem, and former Band of Gold members joined us in the stands to play pep tunes throughout the game! It was such a great night celebrating our Band of Gold family! And to top it all off, our Commandos brought home an exciting WIN! 🏈🎉 TONIGHT IS SENIOR NIGHT! Come cheer on our seniors and the Commandos as they take on Beech! 🎓 Senior Night: 6:20 PM | 🏈 Kickoff: 7 PM And don’t miss The Midnight Veil at halftime! 🎶 #hhsbandofgold #commandopride #fridaynightlights #BandFamily #marchingbandlife by @hhsbandofgold
