5+ years ago, we started High IQ Basketball with a vision of building something bigger than basketball. Looking at this picture, it’s hard not to be grateful for how far we’ve come. What started as a basketball program has grown into a family of players, coaches, parents, and people who genuinely care about one another. Our Knicks Watch Party was a reminder of what makes this program so special. It’s not just about practices, games, or wins and losses. It’s about the relationships we’re building, the memories we’re creating, and giving these kids a community they can be proud to be part of. To every family that has trusted us, every coach who has given their time, and every player who has worn a High IQ jersey over the last 5 years, thank you. A huge thank you to @hoop_laboratory_ for hosting us and @pizzaiolo_eatery for providing the pizza and helping make this night possible! We appreciate your support of our program and our kids. We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built together, and even more excited for what’s ahead. by @highiqbball
5-0 to start the season for our JV Green squad! 🟢🏀 Led by Coach Dev, this group has been playing basketball at an extremely high level. The way they move the ball, compete defensively, and play together has been impressive to watch. A great start, but plenty more to accomplish. Keep building! "THANK YOU MARCELLL!!!" 😂😂💪 by @highiqbball
JV Blue putting in work! 🔥🏀 Playing together, competing on both ends, and bringing energy every possession. This group continues to build chemistry and grow with every game. 📈 by @highiqbball
After a tough start to the season facing some top competition, Coach @matthewjschaefer and the boys have continued to respond. Coming together as a team, trusting each other, and learning what it takes to compete at a high level. Big shoutout to Charlie for absolutely going off this game with a 35-piece! 🪣🔥 Proud of how this group is responding to adversity. Still a lot of work ahead, but we’re moving in the right direction.📈 by @highiqbball
One of the biggest things our coaches have emphasized with our 7th, 8th, and 9th grade girls is controlling the controllables. Effort and energy were lacking early in the season, but it’s been great seeing these girls start to take ownership and raise the standard. Communication, energy, and effort. Three things we can control every single day, both in basketball and in life. When everyone commits to those three things, the entire team gets better. 🏀📈 by @highiqbball
@gavintaylor.__ and @jonny.ehlers were hooping for @highiqbball last weekend 🔥 by @highiqbball
High IQ’s “Green” 6th grade basketball team. Very well coached, play both sides of the ball, and it showed in there win at Premier sports last weekend 🏅 by @highiqbball
@mikey_asmussen is a 6’3 guard who excels at scoring the basketball. Constantly creating opportunities for his teammates because of the gravity his scoring brings. Going to put @commack_basketball and @highiqbball on the map 🏀 by @highiqbball
Our 3rd/4th Grade Boys are making BIG strides to start the season! 🏀📈 The energy, effort, and teamwork have been awesome to watch. This group is getting better every time they step on the court — and we’re just getting started! Keep working, keep learning, keep building. 🧠🏀 #HighIQBasketball #WinningHabits #playerdevelopment by @highiqbball
