RIBEYE + CAST IRON = PERFECTION There's nothing like the sound of a thick ribeye hitting a smoking-hot pan. 🤤 Here's how to cook a thick-cut steak like a steakhouse: 1️⃣ Pat it dry and season generously with salt and pepper. 2️⃣ Sear in a smoking-hot cast-iron pan, 3–4 minutes per side. 3️⃣ Move the pan to a 400°F oven until the center reads 125–130°F for medium-rare. 4️⃣ Add butter, garlic and rosemary, and baste for 30 seconds. 5️⃣ Rest 10 minutes before slicing. Ribeyes are back in stock and they go fast! Tap the link in our profile to grab yours. 🔗 How do you like yours cooked? 👇 #Ribeye #CastIronCooking #SteakNight #HighMountainMeats by @highmountainmeats

Happy Halloween from the ranch! 🎃 Out here, the scariest thing this time of year isn't ghosts or goblins. It's the first big snowstorm of the season showing up before the hay is all stacked. We hope your night is full of treats (and no tricks). Stay safe out there! #HappyHalloween #RanchLife #FallOnTheRanch #HighMountainMeats by @highmountainmeats

Your grandparents knew something a lot of us forgot: liver is one of the most nutrient-packed foods there is. Beef liver is loaded with vitamin A, vitamin B12, iron and copper, more than almost any other food. That's why it was a regular on the dinner table in so many family kitchens for generations. Not sure where to start? Slice it thin, soak it in milk for an hour to mellow the flavor, then sear it with onions. Just don't overcook it, or it turns tough. We just added beef liver, heart, kidney and tongue to the shop, but quantities are limited. Each steer only has one heart and one tongue, so we only have a handful of each. If you've been wanting to try them, grab yours before they're gone at highmountainmeats.com #BeefLiver #OrganMeat #NoseToTail #HighMountainMeats by @highmountainmeats
