For me, intentional living is a conviction. When your choices align with your values, your passions, and the way you’re naturally wired, everything shifts. Burnout loses its grip. Purpose becomes tangible. You stop surviving your own life and start actually inhabiting it. Learn more from my interview on business day weekender. 🔗 Link in bio by @highsuccessjude

In the context of my work, INTENTIONAL LIVING is the deliberate act of making choices that align with our intrinsic values, core passions, natural wiring, and innate design. I posit that when individuals operate and work from a state of alignment, the entire system functions better: purpose is clarified, productivity becomes healthier, and life achieves a greater balance. Your guest churn rate is directly proportional to their experience with your property. Here are a few reasons they may not be coming back. 1. Poor problem-solving; When something goes wrong, such as a delayed check-in, a cold meal, or a noisy room, your staff offer an apology instead of an immediate solution. 2. Failure to personalize the guest experience; You treat returning guests like strangers. Your team fails to remember preferences or previous stay experiences. 3. Robotic customer service; Your staff know how to check IDs, issue keys, and process payments, but struggle to make guests feel welcome, understood, and valued. 4. Poor communication between departments; A guest mentions a food allergy to room service, but the restaurant knows nothing about it the next morning. Housekeeping reports a faulty kettle, but maintenance fails to fix it before the next guest arrives. 5. Neglecting guests after checkout; The relationship ends when the guest leaves. There is no thoughtful follow-up, no effort to gather feedback, and no meaningful communication to encourage another visit. The solution? Better-trained teams and smarter guest intelligence. Equip your team with the skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences through our Guest Intelligence & Customer Service Training Programme. This program will help hospitality teams anticipate guest needs, personalize service, resolve complaints effectively, and build lasting relationships that encourage repeat visits and guest loyalty. We are glad to introduce our pioneering hospitality and culture training programme: the Guest Intelligence & Customer Service (GICS) Training Programme. Designed for guest and client-facing teams, the programme equips professionals with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to understand guests better, anticipate their needs, and create experiences that keep them coming back. We invite hospitality firms, lifestyle businesses, and customer-facing organisations to express their interest by completing the Training Booking Form via the link in our bio. 📍 House of Ihunanya — Empowering authentic transformation through care. by @highsuccessjude
I used to despise people who would say, “If it’s the will of God.” But as I have matured in my walk with God, I have come to understand that being aligned with the will of God is a strategic advantage. And this declaration is how we acknowledge and pledge our allegiance to that position. So, by the grace of God, through Him, and according to His perfect will. Happy New Week. 🤍 by @highsuccessjude
Sometimes, beginning again feels like losing everything. But what if it’s not exactly so? What if it’s an invitation to build differently, live more intentionally, and finally start right? At least, that is what this new beginning has been for me. Remember you have an advantage. So ask for speed. Seven years in seven months. It’s possible. by @highsuccessjude
Weekends are my reset days, and today I pulled out my lemongrass shea lotion by @randrskincareco again 🤭 I’m also building a refined lineup of skincare; finally have the time, thank God ☺️I’ll be sharing them soon. How are you unwinding this weekend? Even if it’s just one episode of a film, indulge a little. Your soul deserves to be cushioned ❤️ by @highsuccessjude
A few days ago, we launched our retail brand, REKHOBOTH @rekhobothstore, and the response has been genuinely overwhelming. Thank you. But this is where the real work begins. lol! More than anything, what I’m most grateful for this season is quieter than the milestone itself: a personal transformation, a grounded shift in identity happening beneath the surface of what anyone can see. Because when God gives you a prophetic vision that hasn’t yet caught up with your current reality: you begin to live in the tension between what you’ve seen and what everyone else sees. This is where most people lose their way. A prophetic vision isn’t a crown ; it’s an invitation to grow. We hear God’s promise about the future and think it means we’ve already arrived. The invitation was never just to the promise; it was to the process that transforms us into the people who can faithfully carry it. And this is where many miss it. So here’s what I’ll advise: if God has called you into a journey, don’t rush it; enjoy it. Stay submitted to Him. Let Him tend to your spirit, renew your mind, and shape your character. That inner work isn’t separate from the vision; it’s what qualifies you to carry it and sustains the weight of its glory once it arrives. My counseling sessions are currently open. I’m taking two people for the rest of this quarter; if you’re interested in getting personal guidance on how to execute your God-given purpose and assignment, I’m happy to provide support. Kindly use the link in my bio to book. Thank you for your continued support of @rekhobothsore God bless you! by @highsuccessjude

Misalignment rarely announces itself loudly; it shows up as a slow, quiet drift away from who you actually are. Living in alignment means your actions, relationships, and daily rhythms reflect your actual values; not who you think you should be, or who others need you to be. When that thread snaps, something feels off. Here’s how to recognize it. by @highsuccessjude
May stretched me in a way I will never forget. I’m not the woman I was two weeks ago, and that is an irrefutable fact. If you’ve been following along, you might have noticed that I’ve been quiet here. That wasn’t absence. That was excavation. The month of May didn’t just challenge me; it asked for my identity. It demanded the death of my old self in a way I could never have imagined. Like the old me doesn’t even exist. If we spoke two weeks ago that version of me doesn’t exist anymore. May asked me to turn my understanding upside down and see life from a completely different angle. And what I discovered in that uncomfortable posture changed my life forever. I learned to pour from an empty cup and still show up with excellence. I learned to stand in lack and still offer my best. I learned to be on the losing end and still refuse to shrink. I’ve never been one to romanticize that type of grind or glorify running on empty. I preach giving only when you have and doing only what you can. But May quickly taught me that I am not a dock or a storage facility where things are simply deposited and withdrawn. I am a conduit; built not to contain, but to be a channel; to allow something greater than myself to move through me. The legacy attached to my life is bigger than me, and it requires me to operate at a capacity that is only possible when I embody this truth. I have come to understand that the willingness to be a conduit rather than a vault is exactly what true stewardship requires; allowing oneself to be a bearer of light despite one’s current circumstances. For me, this is the greatest surrender, the deepest devotion, and the highest form of service. It is the mark of true greatness. HELLO JUNE by @highsuccessjude
