Working on the WB lot was a dream come true in 2021. Being surrounded by the history of the studio and the art of so many talented creatives overwhelmed me with joy every day I stepped through the gates. I am crushed when I think about the current sate of things, the merger, the artists whose lives may be upended by this garbage. A century of amazing history, soon to be discarded and devalued by private equity fuckwits who show through words and actions that they have no interest in movies, art, humanity. I have nothing but contempt for them, and nothing but love for the artists, craftspeople, and workers on the lot that made my time there so memorable. This shit stinks. #merger #skydanceisadumbname #inktober #burbank by @hillcommaryan

Summer! Drove a lot and saw a lot and ate and sang and played a lot and made a lot and did a lot and it was all awesome. Had the best Music Man birthday and the best times and I’m excited to go back to school but dang what a great summer #batteruppancakes #americangraffiti #themayor #jellicleball #bodie by @hillcommaryan

Hello again! I’ve been away for a while but it’s good to be back! I teach high school theater and love it very much, and just fulfilled a 20ish year dream of bringing Seussical to life onstage so I’ve been very busy and very happy but mostly very busy, here are some pictures from while I’ve been away! How have you all been?? @we_are_the_mayor @redwizardtheband @boyinthewater by @hillcommaryan
