Game changer for seeding carrots, 🥕 it used to take me a very long time to plant each tiny seed and then there was the thinning😅. This took me about 20 minutes to plant about 1500 carrots. It's the Jang JP 1 seeder thank you @farmtablewest for the great advice! #carrots #vegetablefarm #vegetables #localfood #localveggies #mnfarming by @hilltopveggies

Celery was my first successful crop and the reason I wanted to sell vegetables at the farmers market. Before selling at the market I had over 100 bunches and we ended up chopping all of them up, blanching and freezing them. It still is such an amazing plant to see start from such a tiny seed and grow to such size #celery #farmersmarket #mnfarming #smallfarm #notill #regenerativefarming by @hilltopveggies
