How Often Should You Trim Your Hair?

If you want healthy hair, regular trims are essential. No one is exempt from experiencing split ends and hair breakage. Normal wear and tear, exposure to the elements, and just hair getting old can all be rough on the ends of your hair, since the ends are the oldest part of the hair strand. Depending on your level of breakage, you may need to trim more than usual each time. Most of us have heard the time frame “every 6 to 8 weeks’’ when it comes to trimming your hair.

Protect your crown with a regimen that respects your strands. Only buy products from licensed retailers, so you know they’re safe, authentic, and made for your hair. Counterfeit stuff can damage texture and health.

POV: You finally take your protective style down… and your natural hair is thriving. 😍✨

That’s not luck—that’s maintenance. 💁🏽‍♀️

The real glow-up happens between the installs:
✨ Hydrated strands
✨ A healthy scalp
✨ Regular trims
✨ Consistent care

Because the goal isn’t just to wear protective styles…
It’s to have healthy hair when they come out. 🤍

Your crown deserves care in every season. Save this as a reminder & book your maintenance appointment before your next style. 💕👑
