HIVE SIGNATURE 2.

Less thinking. More moving. More shaking.

Heavier springs. Faster transitions. Controlled intensity.

For those who know the foundations and are ready to challenge them.

The shake is temporary. The strength stays.

What a privilege for movement to be a choice, not a limitation.

WELCOME TO THE DARK SIDE OF HIVE. 🔴

This Halloween, we’re trading our signature blue for something a little more sinister.

Red lights. A curated, hauntingly good playlist. The same method you love, with a wicked twist.

Meet us in the RED zone. 🩸

October 31. All classes. Both studios.

Kevin and I had the pleasure of sitting down with Rebecca, owner of Saybrook Remedy.

Different businesses. Similar beginnings.

We quickly discovered how much our stories aligned. Both she and Kevin came from corporate careers, knowing deep down that we wanted something different. Something more meaningful. Something we could call our own.

And we bonded over something that isn’t talked about nearly enough in entrepreneurship: how terrifying it is to begin.

Leaving behind what’s familiar, stepping into the unknown, and betting on yourself when there are no guarantees.

It’s easy to admire a business once it’s established. What you don’t always see is the courage it took to get there.

Conversations like these remind us why we love being part of this community. Behind every small business is a person who took a chance on themselves.

And that’s something worth celebrating.

Your reformer just got a little personality.

MEET THE MAT. ✨

More grip. More support. Made for those extra-spicy sets, added resistance, sweat, and all the good vibes.

And can we talk about these mock necks?! The cutest little detail: a subtle slit at the neckline for added comfort without sacrificing the look.

Because the little details? They matter.

How did we get so lucky with this team?

Meet the people helping us redefine what wellness looks like. 💙

Our nutrition program was designed for the real, everyday human. The busy schedules, the families, the long days, and everything in between.

This is NOT a diet. No restrictions. No unrealistic expectations. Just real guidance, accountability, and someone in your corner helping you feel more energized, balanced, and confident in your everyday life.

At HIVE, we believe nutrition is the foundation of wellness. What you put into your body matters just as much as how you move it.

And that’s where Alex and Morgan come in.

Ready to get started? All HIVE members can visit our website and complete our in-depth nutrition questionnaire. From there, your responses go directly to Alex and Morgan, who will help you determine your next steps.

Real people. Real life. One method. by @hivemethodstudios

WHEN I’M NOT AT HIVE… 💙

We’re more than the faces you see on the reformer next to you.

We’re healthcare professionals, moms, moms-to-be, businesswomen, and everything in between.

Different careers. Different schedules. Different stories. But for 50 minutes, we all show up for the same reason. To do something for ourselves.

And that’s what makes this community so special.

Now it’s your turn. 👀

When you’re not at Hive, what are you doing? Tell us below. We want to know the people behind the reformers. ⬇️
