POSTS STORIES REELS

You arrive knowing no one. You leave feeling like you’ve found your people. 🤍

Today, 30+ women gathered on the land at Austinvilla Estate for an afternoon I wish we could bottle. Someone’s story ignites something in you, you share deeeeep belly laughs and a few tears, and your entire body exhales as the sun sets over the mountains.

The women around you are different ages and come from different walks of life, but everyone has something to share and something to receive.

Thank you to the beautiful, grounding presence that is @sunny_gibbs for the most delicious breathwork, and to @drink.mellows for the calm in a can. We’re officially your number one fans.

This is why I bring women together: to feel closer to ourselves, each other and nature. And the ripple goes home with these women, into their families, friendships and everyday lives.

The women make The Village what it is, and this lot are the bloody best. Proud of us. 🤍

Thank you @bysharnei for capturing this so beautifully. Wild to think you first joined us as a retreat guest and connected with your purpose, and now you’re capturing these moments for other women….What a full-circle moment. 🤍 by @holdingspacewg

Everywhere we look, we’re told to reinvent ourselves.

But 2026 isn’t about becoming someone new….It’s about returning.

Returning to slowing down enough to feel. To creating space. To remembering who we are when we’re not doing it all alone..because biologically, we were never meant to.

We’re meant to be in circle.
In connection.
In community.

The Village is a place to land..to soften, to believe, to reconnect, and be held. Where real conversations unfold, laughter flows, and time in nature brings us back to what TRULY matters.

To this community.. wow, I love you. You are our why. Check your inbox and share what’s calling you in for 2026 🤍 I promised you it was going to be big x by @holdingspacewg

We’ve been keeping a little secret… and we’re about to bring the most FUN thing we’ve ever created for our community!

An Australian first is coming to the land.

Something I’ve been dreaming up for the women in this community. Something I feel we all need a little more of right now.

Less noise. More living. More laughing until your cheeks hurt. More time outside, surrounded by women who just *get it.*

And I’ve partnered the most INCREDIBLE woman to bring this vision to life with me.

Two women. Two communities. One shared vision.

Together…..we’re creating something that will be felt long after the experience ends... A return to ourselves, through all the things that make us feel most alive.

I wish I could tell you everything already… but for now, grab your girls. You’re going to want to be part of this.

Comment SUMMER and we’ll send you the private waitlist link for first access.

P.S. Any guesses what we’re creating? 👀 by @holdingspacewg

SUNSHINE forecast for the entire weekend!!! You have no idea how happy this makes me.

This is exactly why we’ve designed The Return around activating all the beautiful corners of Austinvilla Estate.

Art session and long lunches on the hilltop, mindfulness in the forest, waterhole swims, movement in the secret garden, fires at dusk and a whole lot of reconnecting with nature, ourselves and each other.

As for the cheerleading performance in this video.. I fear I’ve missed my calling.

@alexz.xo and I have poured so much love into creating these four days. A wellness summer camp built around all the things that make us feel most alive.

I genuinely believe we’re about to create memories this community will carry for a lifetime.

So excited 🤍 by @holdingspacewg

One week until we’re here together 🤍

Our summer wellness camp is almost here, and there are only a few spots left for 5 to 8 November.

Four days at Austinvilla Estate for movement and stillness, art and nature, Human Design and real connection. And the forecast says sunshine ☀️

Come with your mum, bring a girlfriend, or come on your own. You don’t need to know anyone before you arrive. By the end, you will.

If you’ve been watching along thinking “I’d love to be there”, we’d love to have you.

DM me SUMMER and we’ll get you sorted. Link in bio if you’re ready to book 🌿 by @holdingspacewg

ur sign to book the trip. New desires unlocked (here we go again)

my life is on the faster pace side, I wouldn’t have it any other way so slowing it down was a little hug to myself this weekend.

The Unlocked Woman retreat by @holdingspacewg was the first time in a long time my body actually rested.

Breathwork, sound bowls, wealth container work, and finding the stories keeping us small.

barefoot walks in the rain, nourishing food I didn’t have to cook & the most incredible women.

Grounded, clear, and a little more unlocked. 100% recommend x

What happens at a Holding Space retreat? …

You step away from the noise of everyday life and into a space to pause, connect and hear yourself again.

That was The Unlocked Woman. Three days at our home @austinvilla_estate with an INCREDIBLE group of women, exploring what was holding us back and what might be possible next..

Each part of the journey was held by a woman who brought something so special:

@sunny_gibbs helped us understand our nervous systems and reconnect with our breath and bodies.

@hillarymcveigh guided us back to who we are at our core, what matters to us and what we truly want.

@itshayleyhobbs helped us recognise the beliefs protecting us but keeping us small, followed by an epic breathwork journey to move through what we were ready to release.

@sofireharris held up the mirror, helping us explore our relationship with money, energy and beliefs before bringing the journey together.. 🔥

We moved with @alexz.xo woke up spicy with @fraaankiiieee from @shesspicy_, softened into @stephleahyy sound healing and shared the kind of conversations under candle light prepared by @your_conscious_kitchen . 🤍

But it was the group of women who made this retreat what it was… warm, authentic, intelligent and driven.

That’s the power of proximity. Being surrounded by women who inspire you….challenge your thinking and help you see what’s possible for your own life.

And this is why I do what I do. Bringing people together in nature and watching those connections change lives for the better… I’m so proud of what we’re creating here, these spaces matter now more than ever.

I’ll probably still be doing this on the land when I’m 100. Someone will have to wheel me into the opening circle

Want a little more of this? Comment SUMMER and I’ll send you the details for The Return, our wellness summer camp coming up in just over a week!

So much love, Grace xx by @holdingspacewg

I spent the weekend at a retreat with the amazing Grace from @holdingspacewg

I first met Grace back in high school through mutual friends. She is the MVP of events/retreats and last year I decided to go to her retreat called ‘The Nourished Mother Retreat’. At the time my relationship had fallen apart, I had no purpose other than being a Mum and I truly felt very disconnected from myself. It was a few weeks later that Grace held another event but this one was for couples. Luke and I went and we met a relationship coach who became a huge part of supporting us on our journey over the past 12 months.

Changing your environment is the single biggest predictor of changing your behaviour, and therefore changing your life.

If you want a different life you need to put yourself in different environments. You truly never know what can come from trusting yourself to get out there and do something different.

Big love to all the women who showed up with courage to better themselves and to Grace and the team for hosting another incredible experience 🥰 by @holdingspacewg

SOLD OUT. And one in three women joining us has been here before 🥹

They’re returning with stories of how their lives have shifted since becoming part of Holding Space. Different decisions. New friendships. A stronger sense of who they are and what they want.

That means more to me than a full house.

Because you might recognise this: you know something needs to change….but you keep talking yourself out of it. You want deeper friendships, but don’t know where to find them. You’re so used to being who everyone needs that you’ve lost touch with what youuuu need.

That’s why I create these experiences.

Space to hear yourself. Guidance to question the beliefs you’ve been living by. And women beside you who help you see possibilities you hadn’t considered for yourself.

Tomorrow marks event number 93!!! And I still get that feeling in my stomach before everyone arrives. The anticipation of who we’ll meet, what will be shared and the friendships that will begin.

We’ve been busy preparing the land at @austinvilla_estate , creating cosy spaces, packing your gifts and putting the finishing touches on a journey we’ve poured so much into. I have a feeling this will be one we’ll never forget.

To everyone coming back, and everyone joining us for the first time….thank you for your trust. My God, I feel lucky I get to do this. 🤍

Grace 🤍 by @holdingspacewg

maybe you don’t need another podcast.
another routine.
another list of things you should be doing to feel better.

maybe you just need four days outside of your normal life.

four days where someone else cooks the meals.
where you wake up, move your body and have the space to actually be where your feet are.

challenging daily movement, practical workshops on mindset, meditation + goal setting, chef-prepared meals, sauna + cold plunges, creativity in nature, bonfires under the stars, summer camp merch, curated wellness gift packs, community & connection.

this is for the busy mind that never switches off.
the entrepreneur who’s lost herself in the building.
the mum who is always thinking about everyone else.
the woman who feels tired, stuck or simply ready for something different.

you don’t have to be burnt out to deserve a reset.

sometimes you just need to step outside your normal life long enough to hear yourself again.

four days. three nights. completely for YOU.
November 5th to 8th at the beautiful @austinvilla_estate
