Super easy and quick black bean burgers. Black beans are an excellent source of fiber and can replace meat sometimes. I decided to a meatless meal this week, and this is what I came up with!

Here’s what you need:
-1 can no salt added black beans
-1/2 can of corn
-1 egg
-2 cloves garlic
-2/3 cup breadcrumbs
-Chipotle seasoning
-Cumin
-Salt & pepper
-Olive oil

Follow instructions in video. Be sure to smash beans but leave a little bit of the bean consistency so don’t smash them all the way.

Feel free to double the recipe and serve it as 2 burgers.

I paired mine with baked sweet potato fries!

Enjoy!

Super easy this week! I used 5 eggs, 4 pieces of turkey bacon, and mild cheddar cheese slices. The bagel is an everything bagel thin.

I had kiwi with them this week!

Save one day for an easy breakfast. I just warm mine in the microwave.

Enjoy!

What an easy meal prep! Shrimp, red potatoes, and green beans, so good!

This took no time. I only chopped up the red potatoes, bought green beans and soaked my shrimp to unthaw.

I put it all in one sheet pan and seasoned everything with sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. For my shrimp I added paprika and old bay. I drizzled olive oil on it.

I baked at 350F for about 25-30 minutes. Be careful, the shrimp will be done before the veggies, so feel free to remove.

Enjoy!
