POSTS STORIES REELS

Today, 10/28 at 5:57pm I turn 53 years young.

✨THIS IS 53! ✨

I’ve always been very intentional about my birthdays, but even more so today. I know I likely have more days behind me than ahead of me, and that makes me want to be fully here for the life I get to live. Enjoy it. Take the trip. Be in the pictures. Let the people who love me celebrate me.

At this age, I’ve lived enough to know that I can’t control everything, but I do have a say in how I spend my days and who I spend them with. I pay attention to how I feel. I trust my spirit more. And I’m learning to leave some things alone without needing the last word. That took some practice. 😂

Today, I’m grateful for all the versions of me that got me here. I have more compassion for her now. She was figuring it out. And still very much is…but today, I love the woman I’ve grown to become and pay homage and respect to all the previous versions of me.

I still have so much living to do, but with so much intentionality, presence, wisdom, peace, love, and honor.

It feels really good here. 🐛🦋 by @holistics_w_shannon

At 52, the world told me my best years were behind me.

God had other plans.

There’s something special that happens to a woman who has walked across hot coals barefoot, who has risen from the ashes over and over again, who has endured a lifetime of heartache only to become softer and more aligned than ever before.

She becomes un-f*ck-with-able.

She alchemizes her pain into medicine.

She sees a challenge as an opportunity to grow.

Her conversations with God hit different.

Her boundaries are on lock.

This version of her is forged from hell fire and baaaaabyyyyyy she did NOT come to play. Cuz her God don’t play about her! by @holistics_w_shannon

We did something different this year… our first time dipping out for the holidays as a little family.

Last year was scary, heavy and looked a lot different.

This year? Trees, cold air, campfires, and space to just be.

The nature of the sequoias gave us a physical, spiritual and emotional reset I didn’t even realize we were craving. Nature will always bring you back to center.

Grateful for healing, for peace, and for the three of us making new traditions on our own terms. ✨🙏🏾✨ by @holistics_w_shannon

Life gets crazy, but moments like these?
They pull you right back to what matters.
Connection. Joy. Peace.

The beach has this way of clearing your mind,
Like it’s saying, “Girl breathe! You’re ok” 🧘🏽‍♀️

Here’s to the women who make life feel lighter,
The laughter that heals,
And the waves that remind us,
We’re meant to flow 💫💫💫 by @holistics_w_shannon

❤️‍🩹 READ THIS LIKE IT WAS WRITTEN JUST FOR YOU….

Because it was 🥰

This is your reminder: You’ve already survived every single hard day that tried to break you.

Life gets messy and healing is definitely not linear.

But every storm you faced has already proven your strength. And that strength is proof - You’re going to be ok!

Even when its messy 😵‍💫

Even when its slow 😔

You are still moving forward 🚶‍♀️

Ya’ll, not everyone claps with clean hands!!!!

Every post carries energy.

Share too much, and suddenly you’ve got 100 opinions, projections, and vibes swirling around your blessing or grievance.

Think of it like too many hands on the same balloon, eventually it pops.

Sometimes people drop their energy, good bad or messy right onto your post.

Protecting your personal life is not secrecy, it’s strategy. Spiritual strategy ✨🙏🏾✨ by @holistics_w_shannon

🤍

The sun kissed my skin
But it was the breaking that made me holy
Cracks turned to entry points for spirit
Light doesn’t leak without rupture

I move with RICH SPIRIT
Wealth that no bank could measure
Humility keeps me grounded
But don’t mistake it for smallness
Power is the way I walk into a room,
Unapologetic, unafraid

Pain didn’t end me
It crowned me
I’m not here to play tame
I’m here to burn, to rise,
To live human and divine by @holistics_w_shannon

☀️

I’m just minding my business over here like… eating good, moving my body, reading my peace, and raising my favorite tiny human.

That’s it, that’s the post. 😁 by @holistics_w_shannon

Them: Stay scared. Stay small. Stay inside. The world’s ending.

Me: Out here choosing JOY!

Cuz listen, fear is THEIR currency. Division is THEIR agenda.

But JOY?

Joy is rebellion. Joy is the frequency they can’t control!

By no means am I blind to the madness out here. The pain, chaos and corruption. Yes, I see it. But I REFUSE to vibrate at their frequency.

They don’t want us empowered. They don’t want us free. And they def don’t want us collectively lit up, rooted in joy, attracting miracles, solutions, power, and God forbid peace! ☮️ ✌🏽

But here I am…CHOOSING JOY ANYWAY! 🎊

Daily. Loud AF. Unapologetically. 💃💫

Because a joyful, aligned, awakened collective?

That’s their worst nightmare.

AND EXACTLY WHAT THE WORLD NEEDS! 🌎❤️‍🩹🕊️

Life lately…☀️

As the seasons shift, so do I! I’m not chasing joy, I’m CULTIVATING joy.

So ya’ll my new title is Prof Joy Cultivator 🪄✨ (yes it’s a thing 😂) and I’m taking my new title very seriously! Only high frequency sun soaked laughter, soul nourishing experiences, and surrounding myself with people and places that reflect me right back at me!

Listen, you can’t create a life of your utmost dreams if living in a storm cloud! Raise your vibration and allow joy to be your GPS!

Happy Summer my friends and fam ☀️💫🪄

Joy is my practice.
Not because life is easy…
But because my spirit refuses to sink.

Some days, I light a candle just to remember I’m still here.
Other days, I laugh to keep from crying.
But every day - I choose to rise.
Soft. Sacred. Unshaken.

Drop a 🕯️ if you’re choosing joy today-
Especially when it’s the hardest thing to do.
Let’s hold each other in light. ✨⭐️✨

After weathering life’s storms, we’ve rediscovered our peace in the embrace of Hawaii, where every moment radiates pure sunshine. 🌺 ☀️🏝️

The beauty that lies within these moments is a testament to the resilience of our love and faith.

Our journey this past 8 months has been filled with challenges, but it has deepened our gratitude for every precious moment together. 🌈

Here’s to finding light in the darkness and celebrating the beautiful end results of our faith and perseverance.💪🏽🙏🏾

THANK YOU GOD 🌺 by @holistics_w_shannon
